My condo is a 34 sqm studio type unit located near Sky Ranch, and to the best restaurants in the city. It has a glass wall with a perfect view of Taal Lake and Volcano. Unit rental comes with a wifi (25 mbps), tv with netflix, home theater (sound bar), aircon, basic amenities (beddings, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, slippers), shower water heater and free parking space near the main lobby entrance. Maximum nr of guests allowed is 4 including infants.

Nayon is a private farmstead in Alitagtag, Batangas, a scenic 2-hour (1.5 hr without traffic) drive from Manila. Our 2-bedroom, 150-sqm traditional Filipino house sits on a hill, overlooking a child-friendly pool and a wide space peppered with fruit trees and grazing animals. Each large, ensuite bedroom is furnished carefully with Filipino furniture and mementos from our family's travels. Despite being a serene place, it is only 15 minutes away from Nuvali, a premier commercial and residential place in Sta. Rosa City. It is also about 15 minutes away from Tagaytay.
