Awesome to have the canoe, the lake was lovely. Hot tub worked. Kitchen was super well stocked -- we had everything we needed as far as appliances and cookware to make all the meals we wanted. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Co-host Emily was very diligent and responsive. We will definitely be trying to stay there again next time we're in the area. Thanks for the great stay!

Our stay at Joey's Family Tides, hosted by Rex and Linda, was nothing short of spectacular. The house itself was a delightful surprise—more spacious than we could have imagined. The pictures simply do not do it justice. With every turn, we discovered more space than we had imagined, which was not easily captured in the photos. Waking up to serene lake views and enjoying the well-kept decks and yards was one of the highlights of our relaxation. Of course, being outside, being clear of leaves or what the weather blows is on the decks, but that is expected; they are sturdy, well-maintained, and ready for you to unwind. A quick brush-off, and you're ready. Don't take others' opinions that they are dirty; they are outside! Nature has its way. The yard was a favorite of our dogs, who explored the natural surroundings as much as we did. Rex and Linda ensured our comfort throughout, making them exceptional hosts. For anyone seeking a tranquil retreat, this place is a dream.

This home is wonderful! It was very clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything needed, plus a waffle iron, blender... we LOVED the ping pong table and arcade game!! Since we stayed in winter, we couldn't use the kayaks... but that would have been fun, too :) The basement family room area was toasty warm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. A great stay close to Nashville!!

Very beautiful place to stay

Not the owners fault, but be aware that if you type the address into maps there are 2 of the same address and one of them will take you 30 minutes away from the correct location. So make sure to read carefully the description that the owner gives you about the location and make sure it matches your map. Other than that great location and great place to stay.

Lynnhurst Family Resort made us feel just like, family! By far the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in, fully furnished, and kitchen stocked with hall things needed to cook! All we had to do was bring the food! From the amazing hosts, to the fishing, to.the on site pool and petting zoo, this resort had everything we needed to not want to leave! The onsite restaurant was absolutely amazing and so.easy access! The duck hunt added another level of appeal as our children enjoyed screaming " duck " and then running to get them! We spent hours swimming and fishing! If you need a place to relax, that has everything for everyone, is clean, and comfortable, this is your place! God bless the Helmuth family! We can't wait to come back! Thank you for the fun, food, fellowship, and hospitality!

Amazing! this cabin is awesome for “glamping” the location is right next to the pool, short walk to the resort restaurant/office. The beds were so comfy, everything was clean, cozy, and the decor was so cute! The communication with Dennis was awesome, great response time! We are already planning our next stay! :)

We needed a relaxing getaway and that’s just what we got! Everything was just as described. We parked our car and didn’t leave until it was time to go home. It was very clean and quiet. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it was perfect for what we were looking for. Everyone was very helpful and friendly the boat rental was super easy.

we had a amazing stay. we loved it so much we extended our stay an extra night. very accommodating hosts! we loved renting a golf cart and the fact they have laundry rooms on site.

We had a great spring break stay here. Wanted a mix of quiet lake time and easy access to the city and it was perfect. Spent a lot of time fishing and caught fish the whole time- was great! A family of deer live around there and each day we would get to see them come onto the property - amazing! Basement with ping pong and cornhole was a hit with the kids. We played hours of pickle ball which is such a great feature of the home! Beds were all super comfortable. I was impressed with the water quality of the home — no smell and was great for a lake house. Very private! Julian was a fantastic super attentive host. Even sent over flashlights prior to a storm rolling in. Thank you!

Heathers please was absolutely lovely & everything my family was looking for during our quick stay in TN. The golf cart was a fun added surprise for the kids too & even the neighborhood was friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

5 Stars – The Perfect Mountain Getaway! This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled right on the water, the views were absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunrise and sunset. We spent most of our time outdoors because there were so many great spots to sit, relax, and soak it all in. Whether it was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening the space always felt peaceful and private. The location was ideal—just a short drive to the entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, so we were able to sightsee during the day and come back to pure comfort in the evening. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The lakefront hot tub was the cherry on top 🤌🏽 If you’re looking for a serene escape with nature right at your doorstep and easy access to one of the most beautiful parks in the country, this is it. We came to the place for a family vacation with 6 adults and 4 kids. The place was perfect for our needs and we loved the location and house! The host was very nice and accommodating and answered any questions we had in advance of our trip. Highly recommended

Granny’s place was the perfect spot for our family to visit the area for a couple of nights. We felt right at home and had plenty of space to enjoy. We’d all like to visit again during the summer months to enjoy the area more.

What a beautiful place nestled in the woods—a little piece of heaven! Surrounded by blooming bluebells, a variety of birds perfect for birdwatching, a peaceful creek with a tire swing, and even an outdoor projector for movie nights—this place has it all and more. Located near Shawnee Forest trails, including the stunning Garden of the Gods, it’s the ideal spot for outdoor adventures. This was our second stay, and once again, everything was perfect. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

It was amazing. When we arrived we were greeted in such a friendly way as well as given a tour of the property and all of our amenities including a beautiful lakeside view. This place was exactly how they said and it was beautiful. Bill and Penny are awesome hosts and made my friends and I feel like we were visiting some family members. Amazing experience. super friendly, can’t wait to return to this location.

Great BNB spot. Great if you like fishing, kayaking and or a quiet spot. Recommend for a nice little trip.
