Alison was an amazing host, she was so flexible and kept us up to date through out our stay. Was so clean and you can see the sea from the front window.

Communication with the host Julie were great. The cottage is beautiful and well furnished. Kitchen had every appliance we could have needed and more. Bed were comfy and bed linen clean. Even treats for the dogs. The welcome pack of bread, milk etc was a great help as we arrived late afternoon(we especially enjoyed the wine!). We travelled up to Seahouses and Bamburgh and to Morpeth. We have holidayed in Northumberland for over 30 years and had never visited Newbiggin. my daughter loved walking up early to walk along the beach to watch the sun rise. We would recommend this cottage as a base to explore this stunningly beautiful part of the country.

Lovely place to stay. Quiet location and sea view. Had everything I needed for a cosy weekend. Debbie left some nice goodies and a bottle of Prosecco which made us feel special. I would definitely stay here again.

Unbelievably stunning location, we tried some of the host’s recommendations and really enjoyed the walk to Haverigg, breakfast at King William and the best steak ever at the Billy at Brockwood.

Probably the nicest self catering place we have ever stayed at,never had such a well equipped kitchen before. Really good being so close to the beach and not having to put the dog in the car for a walk.would stay again.

Chose the location as we've never been to this part of the UK before. The cottage was ideally located in a quiet village but with 2 pubs, an ice cream parlour/shop and fantastic sunsets on the beach just across the road. The cottage was cosy with everything we needed for a chilled out week despite the changeable weather. Hope to return at some point to visit the places we didn't have time to explore. The area definitely doesn't promote itself enough.

We have had a lovely stay here . We arrived to home made cup cakes , prosecco in the fridge and little pack of bread ,teabags etc . The view is beautiful from the caravan . The sea and beach are on the doorstep . I asked Debbie if we could take our dog an an afterthought . She said this was fine and there was a basket with a lead a towel and dog blanket and some doggy treats in when we got there . The site is very quiet which we liked with lots of lovely coastal walks . The shops are a 5 minute walk away with a few pubs and an Italian restaurant and a chippy to name but a few . The weather was just turning warm when we left it would have been lovely to have sat on the decking watching the sea in the sunshine . It has been a great mini break .

We all appreciated the decor and facilities offered in this lovely home just 5 minutes walk from the sea. The accommodation was as described. The kitchen/dining room was particularly welcoming with the large table and modern appliances. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated as was your willingness to let us get in early. We would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

We really enjoyed our trip to Northumberland and staying in Linda's caravan. The caravan is spotless and had everything we needed. Lovely and cosy and a great space to relax. Linda is very helpful and thoughtful leaving little treats for our children- thank you. The local area is beautiful with lots of castles and beaches to explore. Would definitely stay again as we have more exploring to do in the Summer! Thankyou x

Love this place, right by the beach, and a beautiful beach too. The host was so responsive and helpful from start to finish. The place was immaculately clean, just as described, lovely and warm with all the utensils and appliances working exactly as they should. Easy to walk to town, with a Co-Op and pubs and restaurants there. Shower pretty good too. Family bathroom and a small but useful en-suite to the main bedroom

We had a lovely couple of days at the caravan, the view was lovely. We really enjoyed the sunset and also watching how far the tide went out. As well as watching the ferries come in and go out again. The beds were really comfortable and the heating was easy to use. Having the large grassed area just outside was lovely for the child to run about on but within view. I would recommend for a family and those wanting a step back from the hustle and bustle.

Absolutely perfect break away. Fantastic position of the van, amazing sea views. Van had everything we needed. Kids loved being so close to the beach and were able to come and go whenever they wanted as we could see them at all times. James was great at answering any queries… within minutes! We will 100% be back. Thank you so much.

If this place is available I would stay! Such a memorable house with views which make it a joy to spend time in. It feels like a 5 star hotel, beautiful décor and absolutely spotless. The North East coastline is a treat and so many fabulous places to visit. We had a fabulous 4 nights as a family of 5 and didn't want to leave! Wendy and Stuart

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

Thankyou for a wonderful stay. The tram was so handy we definitely took advantage of the day tickets! The house is gorgeous, very clean and well equipped we had a lovely time. The views from the balcony are lovely, it was great to sit and watch the world go by. There are some lovely places to eat and drink close by, we loved Bispham Kitchen and Tide and Tipple for cocktails. The parking was excellent, it would have been great to have been able to pay to use the EV charger. We will definitely be back x

We had an issue accessing our previous air BnB that we had booked. I found this place and contacted the host Trevor to explain our situation and to ask if he could help. His place wasn’t quite ready for guests but he went round there and had it ready for us within an hour. Really went above and beyond to ensure that we weren’t left stranded. Very friendly service and a lovely find, the accommodation was perfect. Excellent service. We are very grateful that we found a great last minute booking with a lovely host. Thank you Trevor

This was a truly wonderful place to stay. Felt like home as every little detail had been thought about and was really cosy. It was perfect for the 6 of us. Great location right next to the sea with wonderful sunrises strolling along the beach. Beautifully decorated and well kept accomodation. Close to some fabulous attractions. We enjoyed Woodhorn Colliery museum, saw dolphins at Newbiggin as the sun set, a fantastic boat trip to the Farne Islands and Lindisfarne from Seahouses, Warkworth Castle and beach, and a stop in Amble. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts who kept in good communication throughout and were really helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this place to others looking for a base to explore Northumberland and all it has to offer.

Great place to stay in St Anne's, apartment was very comfortable, bright and clean, looks like the photos listed. Very easy to walk to town, train station and the beach, would definitely recommend!

Wow what can I say , not enough stars to rate this beautiful house . The view alone is spectacular, the house is fabulous , a lovely welcome pack plus the house is immaculate. So handy for all amenities and lovely walks along the promenade. I cannot recommend this house enough , I cannot imagine anybody not enjoying their stay there . Thank you Gill for your communications and for allowing us to stay . I am sure my family will want to stay again .

Jeremy was very helpful and provided everything we needed. We were a touch apprehensive about staying in someone else’s property however it was still very private and had our own entrance so wouldn’t even know anyone else was there. Would stay again.

Just back from a family stay at George’s beautiful house. All I can say was it exceeded our expectations. The house is massive, very clean and with just about every extra you could imagine. Quiet area despite being on the promenade and the stargate tram away from the bustle of Blackpool. The kids were all sad when we were leaving and we’ve had to promise them we will come again soon. Can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10
