Das Haus befindet sich in Jan Thiel sehr gefragten Gegend von Curacao. Im Haus befinden sich drei Wohneinheiten. Jede hat einen eigenen Privaten Eingang und private Räume. Diese Einheit befindet sich auf der untersten Etage des Hauses mit wunderschönen Blick auf Spanish Water. Natürlich gibt es auch private Terasse , das einzige was gemenschaftlich genützt wird ist der grosse Pool.
