We have a nice size outdoor shower with a beautiful antique claw foot tub to soak in. The apartment is about 550 sq. feet and has plenty of cookware. Air fryer, toaster oven, coffee pot, electric fry pan, small indoor grill microwave, and fridge. All water is filtered as we have a large water filter. 2 guests only. Dogs only.

Historic Beach Cottage 700ft to ocean #singlestory

This is a true {mid-century modern} historic and classic cottage. It was built in 1956 by Frank Stick. Frank was a local artist and developer and started the “flat-top” movement in Southern Shores. We have worked hard to modernize this classic and bring it back to life with some fun twists! The porch is our favorite feature. It is 1200 sq feet of screened in, relaxing bliss. Outside family dinners and corn hole tournaments are our family’s way of relaxing at this sweet cottage!
