Paws & Relax is cute newly constructed suite in the Southern Shoes NC only blocks from the beach life or a short walk to enjoy the classic sunsets along the sound. The living space is the second floor of the pictured garage which sits private and separate from the main house. Restaurants, piers, national parks, watering holes, grocery stores and beach shopping are each in reach by short drive or bike ride. It is central to all the summertime beach life with a safe back roads to walk your pet.

To start the day, you can walk to the best bagel shop on the beach. For lunch, hit the clubhouse a block away & for dinner 4 blocks away is the one and only "Ocean Blvd "

Not suitable for infants or children.

A little oasis to enjoy and relax in. Pet Friendly. Gas grill will be turned off for winter from December thru March due to fire hazards.

Trails through the maritime forest nearby. NOTE: DOWNSTAIRS apartment can hear footsteps/noise from above!

Peaceful retreat attached to a family home and nestled in live oaks on a one-acre lot, perfect for your OBX getaway! Easy self-check in, separate entrance, separate HVAC system, California King bed, a private deck and private covered porch. The guest suite includes a bedroom, bathroom, and screened-in breezeway with mini fridge and microwave. Guests are provided with two beach bikes and parking pass to our private community beach access, a 10 minute walk away.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!

Sunshine Daydream Studio in Southern Shores w/Pool

Welcome to Sunshine Studio at Sunshine Daydream OBX. Featuring a private studio with separate entrance and exclusive access to the private pool. Walk 5 minutes to the beach or bike to Duck. Includes a king bed, full-bath, kitchenette, laundry room, bikes, a parking pass for nearby oceanfront lot and access to community courts. Sunshine is best suited for adult couples or solo travelers in search of a quiet, relaxed getaway.

Golf course location near beach

1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with private entrance on golf course. Close to beach, shopping, and restaurants. We are 550 yards from beach so you can walk to beach or use free parking at beach accesses close by. You do have to cross the main highway so with summer traffic it is a little harder but some people still choose to walk. Close to Wright Brothers National Park. During the summer we do require a 3 night minimum.

The Duck Inn is a 320 sq ft efficiency apartment adjacent to the Lunker Lodge. It has a private entrance, full bathroom, ample closet space and is furnished with a queen sized bed (new Nectar mattress), and a loveseat with full sized pullout. Kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and Keurig coffee maker and basic kitchenware.
