The home is backed by forest service and has no gravel roads to navigate. The home sits right off Sylvan Lake road and has a large 2 car garage ( more like 3 car) and is included with the use of the home ( there is some storage items in the garage). Across the street is a Buffalo and Long Horn cattle ranch.

The only other home on the 8 acres is Tiny Home in the Black Hills (120' away with a privacy fence between the homes). The property is adjacent to public National Forest. There is a private drive entrance to the Home. It is very private and quiet. Pets welcome
