The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

Jodi was always very responsive. We ended up having to do a late check in, and Jodi was very responsive. I was grateful that he allowed us to bring our dog to his home. The backyard is simply amazing. If you can, let him know in advanced the time of your check in and tell him about your A/C temperature preference, as the control is in his home. Even when we checked in late, he was attentive and accommodating in regards to this too.

Very responsive host . We arrived a little earlier than expected. I messaged Jean to see if we could check in early and within 5 min she responded and said we could . That was a big help . AC worked great , internet very strong . It’s in a great location and easy to access . We had 6people . More than comfortable with the 4 bedrooms . I would def stay again . Thanks Jean

A nossa estadia na casa de Angela foi maravilhosa , ela respondia tudo que perguntavamos rapidamente , inclusive pedimos alguns itens que tivemos necessidade e prontamente ela providenciou .. O apartamento era exatamente como na foto tinha um lindo lago no condominio , muita privacidade , nao escutavamos barulho nenhum Recomendo demais esta estadia para todos que procuram um espaco agradavel . I stayed here w 2 teenage girls and my mom,and it was good for the 4 of us. Everyone had their own space and the 2 bathrooms made getting ready easy. The kitchen was clean and we cooked many meals to save $. The pool was usually empty, which made it relaxing. The building felt safe even going to take out trash and laundry was safe and easily accessible. The door lock was a little loose but it still secured. We would rent again if back in Orlando !!

Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

Lake was so peaceful and sunsets were amazing. We drove in and out of the neighborhood multiple times and didn’t have any issues getting around. Loved the back patio, it was perfect for sitting and hanging out at night! It was great find!

We didnt have many people staying at the property but we picked it because of the toy room upstairs, location, reviews and the privacy of the backyard. The place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The host was always very responsive and it was easy to check in by the gate and the front door. We really enjoyed the fact that there wasnt another property behind the one we stayed at which gave us more privacy when swimming. We also got to see alot of birds and alligators which the kids really enjoyed. Our smaller kids really enjoyed the toys and books at the end of the day as it gave them something to do. It was convenient to Disney, Seaworld, Universal etc. There was also alot of stores, restaurants etc around as well. We would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely magical! This was my second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It truly feels like a week at Hogwarts. Alex and Sofi were always responsive and helpful hosts. Would return again in the future.

Words can not even describe how wonder this home is! The house, the pool, the yard, the water activities, the golf cart, the neighborhood..... Just Amazing!!! Walmart and publix etc are close by about 10 to 14 minutes. The home is very clean, has everything you need or want from dishes, coffee machines, cookware, linens, panty items. Emma is an amazing host very responsive! We look forward to another great family vacation here sometime in the future!!! Thankyou Again Emma

This is our third year in a row staying at Jennifer’s place. We love the privacy of the house, the pool, the water park across the street, and the proximity to all the parks. A great family friendly house. Our girls love the bunk room and game room. Highly recommend!

Very accommodating of our request and always there to answer questions. Loved our time there and only wish we could have stayed longer. Even though we are local, will definitely be back again for some time away from home. Very much worth it. Great space for travelers with dogs.

Our stay was very refreshing and just what we needed to escape the cold weather here in Michigan. Shane made everything very easy with clear instructions and everything that we needed. He made us feel right at home, He was always responsive in a quick manner when we had questions. Will definitely revisit his condo and will share recommendations.

The condo was clean and how it was described by all and I will definitely book here again. It is not far at all from a lot of the main attractions, very comfortable and my son loved the bunk beds. Overall great stay!!! Thanks again!!!

EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN! A 10’ de Disney Spring y a 15’ de los parques! El apartamento coincide con las fotos, estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Está decorado con mucho amor, Adir estuvo en todos los detalles para hacernos sentir como en casa. Lo recomiendo!!!!

Our stay here in Davenport was excellent. The resort and condo had everything we wanted and needed. The weather was great. The location was perfect. It took us 50 minutes to get to Universal and a hour and a half to get to Saint Petes Beach. The food and the drinks were excellent as well. We had 2 18-year-old boys with us and they were now bored. Hope to be back again soon.

Impeccable stay! The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Clean, very well located, beautiful view (lake and pool), free package delivery, and good parking (free). There are shops and restaurants within 100 meters. I definitely recommend it. Thanks, Ricardo!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, quiet and beautiful surroundings. The property is well maintained and very secure, allowing my family to rest comfortably. Anderson provided great communication before I arrived, he was welcoming upon arrival and promptly responsive throughout the entire trip. I would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The confo was really clean, well furnished, and we felt a sense of home. The nearby water park was a hit for our whole family. Would definitely stay here again.

I looked at so many rentals in the Blue Heron before booking Bob's place, and I'm so glad we landed on his. It was amazing - it was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished/decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and more - even an air fryer! The bathrooms were clean and the showers worked well, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was great and the living room was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the furniture was great - we loved having breakfast out there in the morning and a drink out there at night :) The pool was really nice, and Walgreens, a few restaurants and a fun mini golf course were within walking distance. Bob was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely book Bob's place again!
