Kadie was quick to respond and gave authentic descriptions of her property. This is the perfect spot for two moms visiting their kiddos at UTC. We had plenty of room and the bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for us-looked like a super nice dorm room! The neighborhood is great and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay. This is a gem of a place.

We had a great stay! Home was as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed. Sarah was responsive to our messages. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend staying with Paulina if you are in the Chattanooga area. The views are absolutely AMAZING! But even if it weren't for the view, Paulina's place is still easily five star. Everything is so neat and clean. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and there is also the convenience of the location! Close enough to all the attractions in the area, and yet not right in middle of it all. Just a wonderful stay; highly recommended!

It was awesome to sit in front of the windows over looking the river to watch the sunrise over the mountains. The place was clean and felt like home. It is very close to everything.

David was a great host (Joanna was out of town during my stay)! He was very responsive & had suggestions for local eateries and parks. I was there for work and had a big pickup truck, so my designated parking spot was a tight fit. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if I need a place for a week or longer.

We felt right at home! Greg’s place was SPOTLESS and the location could not be beat. Walkable to several restaurants, and a short drive to everything Chattanooga has to offer. We loved having access to a kitchen and washer/dryer and dedicated parking spot. Would recommend this place again and again!

We stayed here for the 2025 Easter weekend. The description of the place in AIRbnb is accurate. There was parking for two cars. The area was safe and you are two blocks from the free trolley to get downtown. I would easily stay here again if needed.

Jay and Leslie's place was awsome. It was just as they described. The view was absolutely beautiful and their home was very clean and homey. Very well stocked. As hosts, Jay was great. He went above and beyond. There was a storm the first night we were there and he made sure that we knew where the storm shelters were and also sent us the apps to download to keep track of the storm. I would recommend there home to anyone going through the area.

Had a wonderful stay with my wife for a weekend getaway. The view was unbelievable and exactly as advertised. Fire pit on bluff was a wonderful amenity - used it both nights. Bill (host) was very friendly and welcoming. Close to hiking and Lula Lake. Would highly recommend.

This was a beautiful, peaceful home. It had a large, open yard for my dogs to run with plenty of indoor space as well! We will definitely be coming back on future trips.

My husband and I had a wonderful time! The place was incredibly cozy and peaceful, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub and nighttime lights made the experience even more special. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to navigate, which made settling in effortless. They even surprised us with birthday balloons for my husband after we mentioned it was his special day! Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would absolutely love to return.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The breathtaking views made every morning feel like a dream, and the hiking trails nearby were perfect for exploring the natural beauty of the area. After a day of adventure, it was great to have fantastic dining options just a short distance away—plenty of delicious choices to enjoy. The host was welcoming and the accommodations were clean and comfortable, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Absolutely stunning views. The fire pit on the deck was an awesome place to drink my coffee in the morning. The shower was really neat. There was plenty of toiletries & towels & the complimentary bottle of wine was very thoughtful. We stayed one night as we were driving across the country and this was a halfway point. The path from the parking slab to the house is well lit, which I’m grateful for because it’s quite the hike! I definitely wouldn’t want to haul luggage down or up it. It’s very rocky & kind of steep. There is a railing in some spots, so that helped. Theres 3 houses on the path & directions as to which one was ours were very clear. The master bed is very stiff and uncomfortable, so sleep was minimal for me. My adult children said the bunk beds were comfy. It was pretty neat staying in a house built on stilts, looking down out the huge windows, it seems as though you’re on a cliff. Very clean and modern place with LIVE plants inside! Loved the French press coffee maker too!

This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

I must say, this was an exceptional property to stay at! Everything was top-notch, from cleanliness to an enormous amount of room! It's always the small things that I notice, and one thing that really caught my attention was the pillows on my bed….one really light and soft and one memory foam and super solid! The kitchen had everything we could need for a trip, as well as the bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries as well. I would highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic stay! Logan was incredibly accommodating—responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The place itself was spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. The location was also perfect—close to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars and in a great neighborhood. We loved this place. So clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to the river walk, could easily walk to the aquarium area. We loved seeing Chattanooga for the first time. We will be back

This was our second stay at Chad’s condo. It was perfect for us last year and remains that way. Chattanooga is a great city with lots to do and the central location of Chad’s place makes it convenient for walking and driving around the city and surrounding areas. The condo is well-furnished and the beds and furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and it is so nice to be able to do laundry. Our family of four highly recommends Chad’s condo!
