Ferienunterkünfte mit Seezugang in Dal Lake

It was a great stay for us in Srinagar during the month of April. We travelled with elderly person and kids. The kitchen with necessary utensils helped us a lot to prepare our food. Mr Prithvi and his team take care of everything up to our expectations. The rooms and specially bathrooms are very clean. The house is located in residential area and very peaceful. It is short distance from the Dal lake and Lal Chuk but a vehicle will have handy to cover these areas. There was a caretaker and cook also available at the property. Breakfast and dinner is available at nominal rate but we rarely avail the services. Thank you Mr Prithvi and whole team for the service and would like to see you again in near future.

A lovely quiet place. You can hear birds chirping the whole time. The garden is an amazing place to just sit and have your tea You can consider this place if you just want to sit and relax. Overall a wonderful place

5* Location: Right at the Dal lake waterfront -- almost a houseboat with blissful views and gentle breeze. But without the stench and hygiene issues of a houseboat. 5* Maintenance: Very nice interiors, clean linen and bath, small yet adequately functional kitchenette. And 24x7 hot water that was perfect for the cold weather. 5* Service: We were stuck in gridlocked Srinagar streets (due to Tulip festival) By the team time we checked in to the property it was very late in the evening (~9pm) Caretaker Musa Bhai waited patiently for us, even drove us to nearby restaurants and get dinner, helped plan our visits to Sonmrg, Gulmarg and other tourist attractions. Abid quick to respond to any queries. He helped find local tour operators. Only improvement I'd suggest is to install a RO Water Purifier. Felt guilty almost, consuming water packaged in plastic bottles. (btw this is across Kashmir hotels, not specific to this property)

we had a wonderful stay at villa 67 and staff was welcoming they are very responsive and there is only small issue with heaters rather than that everything is perfect.

Shabir is a SUPERB host! He was considerate and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable., Check-in instructions were detailed and his responses quick. Shabir was respectful of our privacy yet always available when needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The Houseboat itself was pristine and beautifully decorated with local handicrafts. Shabir has done an incredible job preserving its character and authenticity while offering modern conveniences. It has everything you’d need, from comfortable beds, lounging chairs, hot shower/bath, toiletries, utensils & extra blankets. The dining set is a work of art, carved in walnut wood. The views of the mountains, the lake left us in awe, especially at sunrise and sunset. We were surrounded with water lilies. The scenic serenity was perfect. We loved our stay here & recommend it very highly to everyone! Thanks for such a lovely stay Shabir, we look forward to seeing you again.

Ahmer’s place was just perfect. We were 5 in our group and had a 3 bedroom apartment - all with air-conditioning and heating and attached bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the apartment very warm and cozy. On check in, the young boys who are caretakers welcomed us and helped with the luggage. Our apartment was serviced daily with change of towels and bath mats. We were never left wanting. Mushtaq the manager assisted with taxi bookings and helpful information. Ahmer’s wife Mahek popped by on our last evening and we had a great time chatting. They really are such lovely people and made us right at home. I would recommend this apartment as your choice for a visit to Kashmir. You can’t go wrong!

Syed’s place was a nice private little kind of a bunglow with all the amenities in a very good private location near from Dal Lake. I booked one week stay for my parents and they loved it. Caretaker was always just a call away and she helped them for everything from easy check in, helping for any questions, easy checkout. Recommended if you are coming Srinagar and looking for homely experience. The host Syed, is an exceptional host, although he doesn’t live near property, he helped us to get the two wheeler on rent, answered every question with patience and was always caring for well being of my parents. I had a very good interaction with him and found him very mature and experienced host.

We stayed at Aamir’s place in July 2024 when we visited Kashmir for the first time with our families. Aamir, Muneer and Aadil made the entire experience extremely comfortable. The very day we arrived, we were upgraded without asking for it as they saw that my mum in law can’t walk a lot so we were given the rooms close to the entrance. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) because of flight delays and had no idea where we will find food from at this hour but they made sure that we don’t sleep hungry. They prepared a full meal this late in the night and for all days that we stayed there, even if we needed something at 1am in the night, they were all happy to help. The place is beautiful and very nicely maintained. They have a beautiful garden just behind the rooms where we had breakfast and made some core memories. Aamir also recommended some places to visit and helped make transport arrangements. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. This was home away from home.

Staying at Sheerazi Homestay was a truly wonderful experience, in fact the best experience in our entire Kashmir trip. We stayed there for 4 nights (6th - 9th April) with elderly parents. The host were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was good, a little away from main city but very quite and peaceful, overlooking apple orchard, exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed exploring the local area thanks to their helpful recommendations. Shalimar bagh was just 5 mins from here. The best part of the homestay is Asif Bhai, who prepare delicious homemade meals and take care of every little requirement of ours. Sabir bhai manages the homestay really well and you can ask for any help from him. We felt like part of the family, and it was such a contrast to the impersonal atmosphere of hotels. We would highly recommend Sheerazi Homestay to all looking for a stay in Kashmir
