Wonderful stay at Holli's place in Jamestown, TN. Clean, welcoming little house. I loved the farm animals romping on the other side of the fence in the backyard! So fun to sit on the covered back porch and watch them play. Just a 5 minute drive to Odd Man Inn Animal Refuge, where I spent 3 days as a volunteer. I used both the central AC and the heat, as the temps varied from 85 and sunny to 45 degrees overnight. And I used the washer and dryer twice, also. Really loved the house, and Holli communicated well and promptly answered my questions before and during my stay. I highly recommend Holli's place and will hope to rent it again next time I visit the animal refuge.

Lou Alice's Sheep's meadow cottage stay was one of the best places we stayed so far. Loved feeding the Sheep's. Place was very clean, had everything we needed and very close to the city. Host also kept some snacks and other essentials which was very thoughtful of them. Will definitely recommend and stay here again next time visiting Cookeville.

Sheila’s home was incredible, if you’re looking to get away from the busy hustle of everyday life, book a stay here and make sure to stop at a grocery store. Only a couple hours from the Gatlinburg, an hour or so from cookeville, makes this a great spot for day outings. This was everything that we wanted! Sheila and Darryl were the nicest people, with lots of information, shortcuts, and jokes to be had. We’re already planning our next trip back down so that we can bring our pups!

This place was so cozy and exactly what we were looking for when planning our Waterfall Weekend. Close to Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, and a whole lot more if you’re willing to travel a little bit. The house was as described and the fenced in back yard was so nice for my pup. Brittany was super accommodating and communicative. Would stay here again if back in the area!

After having our original Airbnb cancel on us less than 2 weeks from our stay (which happened to be for my wedding), we were able to book with Mandy and it was exceptional from the start! She went above and beyond to ensure everything was absolutely perfect (including a sweet “congratulations” banner)! We loved staying in her place, and appreciate her excellent communication all along the way!! We highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again!

Great house! Bed in master was super comfortable. All the little touches were so nice. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into their home. It was a very nice place to have a family meet up.

Jamie's listing was better than expected. The decor was so welcoming and had a wonderful nautical theme throughout. It was so nice to have a fiber outdoors area to grill out steaks and walk our pup. The area was so peaceful. The furnishings were so comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. All the little special touches Jamie added was great. I especially liked having the Keurig coffee maker and coffee in the bedroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves Thank you Jamie, for providing us with the perfect little getaway.

This was perfect for our large group. We didn't want for anything. So many options with a view of the beautiful lake (pool and hot tub area, fire pit, large porch with the option to have windows opened or closed). Plenty of space to spread out or all gather together. No complaints here and would definitely rent again.

We had a dirt bike race near Muddy Pond so this cabin was perfect for us. Ms. Jane was very sweet and accommodating. The cabin was clean and nice and my family loved the heated pool! We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

This was one of my family's favorite houses we've stayed in together! Loved the big front porch and how every room had it's own bathroom. Miranda was such a sweet host, adding personal touches like sound machines and baby monitors to make our stay even more comfortable. She had even decorated the house for the holidays when we were there for Thanksgiving!

We had a very comfortable stay at Anna’s home. Keyless entry made check in easy. Anna was easy to reach with small questions and the beds were very comfortable.

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a nice place to stay and this fit the bill! It was easy to find, very clean, and felt cozy. The upstairs neighbor does have some squeaky floorboards, but I don’t fault Blair for that! A good place to stay overall.

Anyone who chooses to stay at Grace's place is in for an eternal treat! In the early morning dozen of deer came by, joined by the soft mooing of cows duetting with the symphony of songbirds. At night we were shocked to see SO MANY STARS as well as FIREFLIES (in April). What a treat. The hosts are a wonderful, genuinely caring family. The frig/pantry/cabinets all have extras, plenty of supplies, and if you need a thing, "family" is just a hop away with swift aid. Such wonderfully comfortable beds---just like home---and the house was super clean. The living room couches were lovely, lush indulgence as we read our books. We were delighted to find ample hot water for bath time leisure/relaxation. A bit of heaven on earth!

I have nothing bad to say about the hosts, they are super friendly and responsible people, the place, not to mention, is beautiful, my family and I feel at home, everything is like a movie place, I love it, I only have one thing to say...... I will be back!

Great location! Quiet, peaceful and close to the lake. Just a few minutes from the marina. Cabin had the right amount of amenities for our needs.

Rebecca’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. It had everything we needed. The surroundings were amazing, it was so peaceful. The decks were great to sit and relax and birdwatch. Rebecca’s instructions were easy & simple to follow. We cannot wait for our next family gathering to book again!

Everything was exactly as described - there really is more space inside than the outside lets on! Edward's place was perfect for our needs. We have 2 larger dogs and we were able to set up both of their crates inside and still move around just fine. The wifi worked great (which was a nice surprise as that hasn't always been the case depending on where you go in the Nancy area!). The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Edward was a really great communicator and responsive whenever we messaged. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

This was our second stay. We went with some family we had an amazing time and made life time memories. This place scenery is something one would wish to wake up and view every day. It’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s like you live on a farm and have the place to your self. The pond won’t let you down as it has a lot of bass that are healthy and we caught some large mouth’s that weighed 5 lb plus. You can read my other review, but if want a different kind of vacation something outside the box this is the place. Sara is an amazing host. She super accommodating will help you in any way she can to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Lori was great and helped us book last minute after a mission trip. The place was just what we needed for rest and rejuvenation for 1 night before heading home. We would recommend to others!

We got there super late but it wasn’t a issue to them! They were super easy to work with and nice! Everything was super clean and nice and 10/10 WiFi!!! Felt right at home.
