An enjoyable one night stay for a friend's celebration. The apartment is perfectly located for all Yarm has to offer, and just a short walk to the high street. Everything was as the description, and extremely comfortable. Ollie had thoughtfully left milk in the fridge (both plant based and normal), and there was tea and coffee available. Ollie was available to meet me when I arrived and left, he was an excellent host and responded very quickly when I contacted him the day before arriving. I would recommend the apartment and would very happily stay again.

I rarely ever write reviews but this one was too amazing not to. Everything from the small details for my sister's birthday to the place blew us away. It's like a small paradise & completely unique. Very private & peaceful! I 100% would return, you will not regret booking this gem of a place. Thank you the most amazing hosts for being so kind & thoughtful!

What a fantastic stay we had! Lee was super helpful and patient when we needed to adjust the dates of our stay not once, but twice. The house was spotlessly clean, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen extremely well-equipped with everything we needed for self catering. It was great to have a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The projector in the lounge was a fabulous, fun addition (my 10 year old watched a lot of YouTube on it...) and it was great to have a regular TV in the kitchen too. Of course, the highlight for us was the hot tub and swim spa -- absolutely outstanding, lovely and warm on arrival (and again, spotlessly clean). Our kids are 12 and 10 and LOVED the swim spa pool. The hot tub is incredible, and my husband and I enjoyed that as the sun was setting (the lights around the garden fence are lovely). The variety of bubble/jet settings were great. Having Lidl, Aldi, and Iceland a 3 minute walk away was very handy, and the big Morrisons is just a few minutes' drive.

Great place to stay, did exactly what we were looking for for a lads' weekend. 7 of us so loads of beds and plenty of space in the living area (photos make it look a bit smaller than it is) with a well equipped kitchen. Would have been comfortable with 10. Great facilities, well cleaned. Shame about the weather otherwise we'd have made use of the decking - great outdoor space.

An extremely well equipped kitchen, relaxing lounge/ dining area and comfortable beds make it a real “ home from home’ - one we would definitely return to if we were visiting the area in the future. Barry and Sue have gone the extra mile to provide information, maps and suggestions so that you can make the most of every minute! The communal gardens with stunning views is the perfect spot to unwind. Centrally located with a short walk to all amenities and tourist attractions with covered private parking was a real bonus. We would recommend without hesitation: the best Airbnb that we have stayed in. Fully agree with previous reviews.

We had a wonderful break - Rosie’s cottages are just gorgeous, five stars all the way. Beautifully appointed, furnished and so central in the heart of such a lovely village Stokesley. Everything was easy to get too and lots of restaurants and shops right on our doorstep. Rosie was so welcoming as a host - lots of beautiful and thoughtful touches, pristine condition and spotlessly clean. We felt very lucky to have found such a great place to stay for nearby family celebrations. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay, right on the marina walking distance from many good restaurants and a great place to just take a stroll. Graham was always there to answer questions before we arrived. Everything in the Condo is well marked, he has all of the user manuals for all of the appliances and such. Notes conveniently placed so that you understand what is going on and how things work. We stayed for a whole month and was well worth the money for the stay. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

I stayed in Gary's lovely flat for a week. I wanted to spend several days visiting the Auckland project, and use the buses to visit places of interest such a Durham and Stanhope and Barnards Castle. The location, in the main street, opposite the bus stop, suited me perfectly. It was a 10 minutes walk down to the Market Square and Auckland Palace, the Tower, the Park and museums and galleries, and 5 mins walk up the street to Morrisons. Gary and Fiona very kindly met me off the train and helped me with my luggage introduced me in person to the flat

Great apartment for me and my family's bank holiday weekend stay. I was there for the 5-Dales sportive. the apartment was very spacious, had great decor, clean and set in beautiful surroundings. Would be staying there again if we are in the area.

Great flat and location! The local area was lovely, nice walks, pub opposite and shop next door. The flat was an ideal location for exploring neighbouring towns and walking areas. The flat was exactly as described on the listing and Chris’ communication throughout the stay was great
