Ideal for a relaxing retreat in nature, cosy and warm. Next to the hut is a cabin containing kitchen facilities, shower, washbasin, and seperate compost loo. Space for additional tent or camper van. Lots to do nearby, such as Scorhill stone circle, Fernworthy resevoir, walks in stunning landscape.

Set in the beautiful Teign Valley, Coombe Top Cabin sits on the edge of Fingle woods (Woodland Trust), offering miles of woodland walks right from the bottom of our drive. The cabin sleeps 2 with all the amenities & wifi. Fully equipped kitchen where you can cook all those special goodies you bought on the way here. Sit under a canopy of trees in the wild flower garden & watch the visiting deer herd. Large back porch for rainy days and Summer evenings. Sincere apologies but NO pets or children.

As an ideal winter break, there is a wood burning stove and radiator to keep you warm in the colder months.

The Apiary is a converted hayloft sitting at the end of a 16th Century Dartmoor Farmhouse, a short ten-minute walk from Widecombe in the Moor and 200m from the Two Moors Way. With it’s own private parking & entrance, the elegantly furnished room features an eclectic mix of antique furniture and Smeg kitchen appliances. From April to August, wander 50m down the road to a five-acre wildflower meadow with a Dartmoor stream and a collection of wild orchids & swathes of native wildflowers.
