This place is absolutely incredible and in such a great spot if you’re visiting Darwin for the first time. You’re in the centre of the CBD, and everything is in walking distance - including restaurants, shops, bars and pubs. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, a hot plate, an air fryer, coffee machine etc. You genuinely feel like you’re at home. ☺️ Can’t wait to come back one day. 🌸

Great value stay for our family so close to the city that I could walk! Really enjoyed our time and the way the unit was set up was so tasteful. King bed was a treat, thanks a lot for having us

A very convenient City stay with this spacious apartment and access to the pool. Everything you need and a short walk to a multitude of fabulous eating places, bars, and other attractions. Steve is a friendly and helpful host. I would book again.

We stayed at Carly's beautiful apartment, what a great choice! Well-equipped, clean, everything is close by. I would like to mention how thoughtful was from Carly to provide cereal and milk! Flights are horrible and due to the late hours nothing is open- that bowl of breakfast was life-saving! Thank you very much and looking forward to stay at your unit again :)

We had a lovely stay in Maria’s studio. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. It is located in a very quiet, low rise complex which is in a great location - opposite the beach , Nightcliff pool and the very popular Foreshore cafe . It has air-conditioning and a fan so was always lovely and cool. Thank you Maria for being such a lovely host and we are looking forward to our next stay later on this year .

This is a great apartment in a cracking part of Darwin. It was almost a resort style holiday with the swim lagoon, cafes and bars at our doorstop - plus central Darwin an easy stroll away. Use of the vehicle was an extra bonus. Host was super responsive and apartment was great for the two of us.

A lovely peaceful oasis. Beautiful garden area to relax in, offering great privacy and comfort. A clean, well presented space that provided everything we needed for our stay. Lovely to have a nice and tidy pet friendly place so our fur baby can come away on holidays. Neil communicated promptly and was very easy to deal with. He welcomed us into his space and provided plenty of support. Check in was a breeze with clear instructions. Can’t forget to mention the fish who would swim up to us every morning for a feed. What a great little addition to a lovely property.

Excellent location, great secure apartment and parking max 2.1m height for cars. Very clean and spacious for a family with 3 bedrooms. Beautifully presented apartment, easy check in, magical to walk into. Adam has done well and you just wouldn't do hotels when you have this apartment. highly recommend this stay.

Serena’s place was the perfect retreat from the heat and traveller’s weariness. So comfortable and close to the beautiful foreshore. Serena was flexible and responsive and so kind. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for 2 and a half months whilst I moved from Adelaide to Darwin, and used this place to get myself acquainted with the area & find a permanent rental. It was an incredibly comfortable stay, all staff were extremely friendly, I had no issues with noise and the amenities were amazing. Even met the hotel owner a few times and he was always so invested in everyone having a wonderful stay. The kitchen was great to cook in, loved having a full size fridge considering how long my stay was. Bed was very comfortable. Make sure to get out on the balcony around sunset, you have an amazing view of the sky which turns the most beautiful shades of pink. The cafe downstairs was great, nice food and coffee. The bar upstairs was a cool amenity, mostly to watch the sunset as I don't drink. The pool was great, always clean and a great temperature. Watched the sunrise from the infinity end a couple times which was lovely. Easy walk into the city. Would absolutely stay again in heart beat!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Buena Vista. Great location, well appointed and with an amazing outlook. The restaurant options are plentiful just nearby and the sunrises are spectacular. We’ll be back.

Convenient location of spacious apartment with parking right outside apartment. A lovely green background in the courtyard but it was too hot for us to relax there. Bring earplugs as the air con units are noisier than others we have come across. Keoh was helpful with checkin instructions.

Second stay at Melanie's. Perfect for what we needed. Food nearby, close to Gardens and beach. Good for walking the dogs. Kitchen well stocked. Air con wasn't working properly last time we stayed, but we let Melanie know and it was working perfectly this visit. Very responsive and helpful host.

We had a welcoming and comfortable stay at Kimberlee and Michael’s beautiful apartment! The apartment is well maintained and very clean. I could smell how clean the bedding was as I entered the bedroom. Owner was very responsive and would check in to see if we are comfortable, made it inside okay and let us stay late for check out. That was a massive plus for us as our flight left after midnight. Kitchen, bathroom and other cupboards had everything you need. Having cold water in the fridge for arrival did not go unnoticed. Even down to snore stoppers in the bedroom draws. It’s a private tropical holiday retreat in a quiet and prime location with Parap Markets only one block away. The city itself is less than a 5 minute drive. It is well thought out for guests to have a comfortable stay and we 100% will stay again! I stayed here in 2021 and it was as great then as it is now. If you’re looking for comfort at a great price, this is the place to be. Thank you Kimberlee 😊

Kim’s place is a prime location! The unit is really big with an extra sized wrap around verandah. Big bedrooms and ample space for the whole family. Kim was a lovely host. We will stay here again. Loved it. Favourite touch was the special hand drum on the floor of the shower that makes the most peaceful sound as the water falls on it. It was a welcome bonus to an already relaxing space. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay - so clean! Have stayed within the building before but this was the cleanest room ive stayed in so far. Nice and close to the pool and a really great sized bathroom. View isnt as much of a 'wow' factor as rooms on a higher level, but that wasnt a concern of mine. Would definitely recommend!

A great little apartment in Cullen Bay with everything you need at a great price. Chris was helpful and responsive and was also able to organise a rental car for us delivered to our accommodation. On site reception is also a bonus.

Isabella was great to deal with and very quick to respond. The place was comfortable and in a great location. Was very thankful for the aircon that worked well.

Anthony's place is excellent. In the centre of Darwin, it is surprisingly compact, but everything that you would want is provided. Anthony is contactable, and when our times (both arriving and leaving) altered beyond our control, he was most obliging. We would highly recommend this apartment for any couple coming to Darwin.

Excellent location- central to Darwin city with everything in walking distance. Close enough to everything and far enough away that we weren’t bothered by late night partying. The view from the balcony was divine- city scape and stunning sunsets. Watching the boats coming and going. Caught the breeze beautifully. The apartment was clean and included everything we needed. Eli was communicative and provided clear instructions around check in/out, etc. If you’re visiting Darwin and are without a car- I highly recommend this apartment.

I felt at home there. The owner is flexible and friendly. The location is good. And the kittens are very friendly!
