Benito was a great host — he was easy to contact whenever we had questions. The place itself was peaceful and very homey. It’s close to town and the wharf so everything you need to access is a few minutes away. One note for people bringing their cars though is to be mindful that you will take a slightly beaten path going into the property, so low cars take caution. One car we brought though was a Vios which didn’t have much problem.

We had a great time at Kenneth's place. We stayed one night only but worth it. I brought my family and friends total of 26 people. This place have six rooms and plenty of beds that able to accommodate more than 26 people. Each rooms has own bathroom and shower. Kuya Kenneth offered us e-trike to use for free if we needed to buy something from convenient store. Clean rooms, kitchen, huge space, no time limit on karaoke which 10/10 for us. The only one I did not like was the smell came from the bedroom/bathroom downstair. I did not complain to the caretaker cause I thought it was coming from the aircon and will go right away. It took probably 30 minutes or so and it came back. I sprayed my perfume to the room and it helped. Would be nice if they have separated toilet to use downstair for everyone since we had been using the one toilet in the 1st floor bedroom and my mom kept waking up. But, overall it was a great stay. Thank you! Kenneth told me that swimming pool will be added soon.

This is one of the best place I booked here in airbnb. Sobrang accomodating ni host as well as nung caretaker, si Ate Laila. Very peaceful and ang laki ng lugar plus na enjoy namin yung night swimming since may pool sila. Will surely go back to this place once bumalik kami ng Bolinao. 💯❤️

We wanted a quiet family retreat, and this place delivered in every way. The rooms were clean and spacious, with fresh-smelling beddings that made us feel right at home. The open kitchen and dining area were fantastic and equipped with complete cooking utensils, making meal prep a breeze The quiet farm setting, especially the view from the master villa, was breathtaking. We loved gathering around the bonfire, where unlimited firewood and a thoughtfully designed setup added a cozy, intentional touch to our evening. The pool was another highlight—perfectly clean, with just the right depth and a fresh, inviting feel, all while offering a stunning view of the picturesque rice fields. Our fur babies had the time of their lives, exploring the vast outdoor space. As responsible pet owners, we appreciated the pet deposit policy, ensuring everyone could enjoy the space responsibly. Lastly, the people caring for the property were wonderful, making everything easy and enjoyable.

Highly recommended as amenities described were accurate. Lots of things to do and Kuya Ali was superb! He was extremely helpful and may malasakit talaga sa guests :) Kudos to you, Kuya! Will definitely come back!

Great place to unwind and get away from the busy city. The location is 5 minutes away from city center and the port area. Although, the home was far from the main road (might be challenging if you don't have a private vehicle.) The home's surrounding was peaceful. True "probinsya" vibes. Lots of parking space. Inside, it was a cozy interior. Everything was clean and functional. There are 7 beds that can fit at least 2 person each, and the aircon units were cold. There's 1 restroom that has both toilet and shower, plus 1 shower only, and 1 toilet only. Complete kitchen. Ate Iyang (Marilyn) was an excellent host, promptly responding to messages and inquiries. For our island hopping, she guided us to the port and assisted until we got into our boat. She also accepts orders for home-cook food at a reasonable price, all of which tasted great. All our meals were prepared by her. Don't forget to ask about some Daing na Bangus! Overall, a fun and restful stay. Easily recommendable.
