Our charming 2 bedrooms/1 bath duplex is located in central Davis.. Within walking distance (15-20 minutes) to downtown Davis and UC Davis depending on destination. It has internet, a comfortable king sized bed and a full sized bed . A large dinner table and a fully functioning kitchen (no dishwasher). The bathroom is stocked with toiletries. There is a washer/dryer. We might be flexible with check in/out time. Also if there are blocked dates, we might be able to open them, please ask.

Our approximately 500 sq. ft. fully furnished studio is just a short drive from the UC Davis campus and within walking distance of two bus lines. The studio is located above a detached garage, separate from our main house, offering privacy and comfort. High-speed internet and cable TV through Xfinity are also provided.

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops located here.The Davis food Co-op and the famous Saturday morning farmers market are both with-in walking distance. This house has an updated kitchen with the basic cooking necessities. Get a good nights sleep in the comfortable bedrooms after relaxing on the rear screened-in porch.
