The accommodations were even nicer than the photos. The place was immaculate and well appointed, plenty of towels, detergents, coffee, sugar, etc. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The large windows provided awesome views and filled the apartment with light. The balcony was spacious with a couch. The amenities, gym, lounge, golf simulator, bowling, pool and hot tubs, were so nice, modern and clean. The parking was very easy in the private covered parking garage. But probably best of all were the hosts. Their instructions for everything were perfect and they were incredibly responsive, helpful and nice. When we mistakenly left an item in the apartment after checkout, they immediately sent a photo and made arrangements for us to retrieve the item. The only heads up, is that the apartment is down two long hallways from the parking garage door/elevator bank, but definitely well worth the trip!

New quality build. Comfy King bed. Beautiful views of the State Capitol. Very peaceful and scenic balcony. Parking garage is nice, but it can take a minute to drive up to the 7th level for parking. Did not use the other amenities (pool, etc.), but imagine they are just as nice and new as the condo. Overall, a great place to stay if you need to be in the downtown SLC area.

Great host and great apartment. The balcony has an awesome view of the capital and the rooftops view of the city is beautiful. The host was responsive and the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Such a great place! Sad we only had one night in SLC. The place had great amenities and the condo itself was great, comfortable and clean! I really liked that there was a convenience/grocery store just about a block away! super convenient, highly recommended staying here. The hosts were great, professional and helpful. I'm so thankful the host's carefully wrote up guides for checking in/ getting in the building, it made check-in so smooth! would definitely stay again if I'm back in SLC. all you want when traveling is a clean place to get back to! this place was spotless and beautiful! We just did a ski trip out to SLC and this was the perfect place to stay. It was a quick drive to the slopes everyday!

Great stay. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Workout area was perfect. Very secure. Beautiful view of downtown and the capital building. Very quiet and comfortable.

GrandRoad’s SLC apartment was perfect for my partner & I to work remotely from! The apartment itself had incredible amenities (including an entire working area with numerous separate/private rooms for taking meetings). Area was incredibly safe and walkable and views were unbeatable! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location downtown, very clean and modern townhome!!

Amazing place to stay, and a fantastic host who helped even on a super short notice. I arrived to town at 0330, and my place to stay couldn't respond. Ozzye responded within the hour and gave me a spot to rest for a very reasonable price. Super clean rooms and amenities, well organized, overall would 10/10 recommend. I 100% will be booking again (hopefully with more notice next time) should the need arise. Ozzye is also super friendly and will answer any questions you pose.

o espaço tem ótima localização,e algumas facilidades como compras de mercado ,ônibus pra o centro ,e aeroporto. o quarto estava de acordo com a foto.espaços compartilhados tbm só um pouco de caixas e alguns itens meio acumulados..
