Our stunning home is a 5 min walk into the village and its award winning restaurants, shops and galleries. Black Elephant, Chamonix, Dieu Donne winery's and the famous Winetram are just a short walk away. Nooks is sumptuous, private, cosy, relaxing, full of original art, high ceilings, log fires, beautiful generous spaces and mountain views. Nooks comes alive at night and is great for couples, solo adventurers, who want to be near the soul of this beautiful village. We take up to 4 adults max.

Akademie House - your home from home

Modern, newly renovated and decorated house situated within walking distance to the main road. Double storey home and big living spaces, great views deck, pool and fantastic outside living space - perfect for a family holiday. The 3 rooms in the house are ensuite with fresh crisp linen and there is an extra ensuite bedroom next to the pool. The modern kitchen is well equipped, open plan and interactive. Great news is we have an inverter for lights and power to assist during load shedding.

La Vieille Cure

LaViellie Cure in one of the oldest house in Franschhoek, built earlier than 1850 and declared National Monument in 1981. The cottage has its own private entrance and cozy courtyard with mountain view and pergolas at the front and back patios. The inside is characterised by a spacious open studio that retains the historical features with an added touch of modernity. The historical cottage is at walking distance from restaurants and from the wine tram station and many others amenities!!

The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.

The cottage has an open plan living area with a cosy lounge, fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, and a front and back patio with a braai/bbq overlooking the river. You’ll love the cottage because of the spacious, private, setting on a working wine and fruit farm nestled against the mountains of Franschhoek Valley. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). You are welcome to explore the farm and even practice your chipping and putting skills on the green.There is an inverter to provide electricity during loadshedding periods.

Situated at the top of a pear orchard, Orchards View is a welcoming, comfortable farm cottage with beautiful wooden features inside and out. The house extends its living space with many big windows and double doors by opening up on the lawn and orchard. Guests will have access to the ground floor of the house, including the back garden and the front lawn. The rooster, hens and rabbits add to the country feeling that Orchards View has to offer.
