had a wonderful stay for an amazing price, place was very spacious, we were able to get a rollaway cot so each of our kids could have their own bed. had a beautiful pool and the free laundry was great, as well as stuff for the kids with the pool and ping pong table. The drive was very easy into San Diego to do all the activities we wanted, but nice places to eat very close. was a short walk to the beach but there was a lot of stairs to get down to the beach, took about 8 minutes at a normal pace. would book this place again if I came to the area.

Excellent hosts and SUPER supportive. Had to move mid stay but was easy enough. Location is excellent to not only walking distance to local restaurants and shops, but also to beach. There for horse show so ideal. Units on the older side, but otherwise GREAT!

This location was fantastic. Everything was as described and we were so happy with our stay. As listed in the postings, the people trying to sell timeshares are VERY pushy but we had our 2 and 4 year old with us so we just remained very stern with the fact that we weren’t interested and kept walking away until they stopped. Beautiful room with a lot of walkable restaurants and so close to the beach! We loved it.

El único detalle es que los vecinos de abajo se quejan del ruido aún cuando estamos solo caminando y haciendo las actividades normales, por lo que creo que es muy fácil que se oigan sonidos hacia el depa de abajo, así que tienes que estar caminando con cuidado y en puntitas prácticamente

we had a great time at Kim's place! the unit was very spacious! walking distance to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. we drove to Legoland one of the days and it wasn't far at all. we hope to be back again soon!

We played a few golf courses in the San Diego area and our stay was perfect! Great location, amenities and the rooms were spotless. Will stay again if ever in the area!

Israel was super responsive and went out of his way to accommodate me when I arrived earlier than expected. The apartment is exactly like the photos and really clean. The streets outside can feel a bit unsafe at night, but I had no issues walking around during the day. The condo is gated, and the security guards at the entrance are friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend Israel as your host for your next trip. Thanks for everything! Hope to come back soon🙏🏼🇲🇽✨

5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As soon as I walked in, I loved it! The space couldn’t have been more perfect for me. The kitchen was just the right size and had everything I needed to prepare small meals. The living room and dining area were very comfortable, and the sliding door to the balcony was a wonderful touch. The master bedroom was cozy and quiet, with blackout curtains and a spacious walk-in closet that offered plenty of storage. But what truly stood out were the views—beautiful at any time of day or night. During the day…watching the city grow and change with new developments everywhere, and at night, the bustling city slowly transformed into a peaceful view of quiet lights—the perfect way to wind down before bed. Thank you, Carlos, for a truly lovely stay!

The place was even nicer than i thought based on the pictures. Very large and spacious, fit me, my parents, and my brother and his wife and kids comfortably (theres 2 Queen beds, 1 king, and 1 pull out bed (queen sized) in the couch. The resort had plenty to offer with activities for kids as well as hot tubs and heated pools so we could still go for a swim on some of the chilly days. Overall well worth the price paid (I'd say it's probably worth even more and Barrett gives a generous deal).

This place was amazing! Great location with lots of restaurants and stores nearby, even a Costco right around the corner! The host was super nice, and the place was nicely decorated and clean. I would definitely recommend!!

This Airbnb was fantastic! The gated community made me feel super safe, and it was so convenient to get to, especially being close to the border and the airport. The place itself was really comfortable and had everything I needed. Plus, the host was amazing - always quick to respond and really helpful. I'd definitely stay here again!

had a great stay. only thing I will note, but it didn't affect me enough to leave anything but a 5 star review. the bathroom has no sink. again, didn't affect my stay and I'm sure it was shown in the pictures and it was a detail I overlooked. other than that I had no issues. responsible and responsive host. no real loud noises, slept peacefully. would stay again.

Súper bien ubicado, es tal y como se muestra, la zona es muy bonita y con muchos establecimientos cerca, limpieza excelente.

El lugar es tranquilo y apto para lo que se necesite; en mi caso estuvo bien. Si regresaría de nuevo y lo recomiendo si lo necesitas llegar a dormir o descansar solo o en pareja.

I stayed at Adrian's for one month. I highly recommend to stay here at the studio. Adrian is very helpful and friendly. The studio is comfortable and has a beautiful view of Tijuana. The neighborhood is calm and safe and located well to access the rest of the city and the Otay border. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Tijuana.

El departamento es muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía de dos personas. Además la anfitriona es muy accesible al huésped. Recomendable el lugar.

Fuimos a una competencia de natación la UABC y nos quedo perfecto en cuanto a distancia y espacio para los 5 adultos que nos alojamiento, es una colonia popular , nunca tuvimos problemas de seguridad y salíamos muy temprano y regresabamos noche, a 20 min del aeropuerto en auto nos pareció adecuado ( vivimos en CdMx por lo que para nosotros es un muy buen tiempo) sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos
