Welcome! This house was built in 1920 and has been beautifully restored. It's three blocks from the center of downtown Deland! Walk or take a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!

This home offers ample space to spread out and relax, with a fully equipped kitchen, pet friendly fenced in back yard. Clara house is 30 minutes from Daytona speedway and New Symrna beaches. Blue Springs state park is 6 miles away and 45 minutes to Orlando. 5 miles to Bridal Oakes, and directly across the street from north west square. This is a non smoking house!

The apartment is within walking distance of Stetson University and about a mile from DeLand’s award-winning downtown filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and local events.

Entryway has handicap access Your host couple live onsite, in a totally separate, YET attached dwelling. This ensures the quality of your stay should an unforeseen need arise. This is a working farm and we have recently constructed a chicken coop for fresh eggs when available.

Totally set up for fun, The Billiard House has a billiard room, plus air hockey/mini ping pong, foosball, tons of board games to keep the little (and big) ones entertained. The bedrooms each have a fun theme - Guardians of the Galaxy, Batman, and Star Wars. Location is perfect: one block from downtown Sanford’s breweries and restaurants, and only a 10-minute walk to the waterfront. It's about a 10 minute drive from Boombah Sports Complex.

Small cement patio in back of the house, accessible through sliding glass door. Small kitchen with new appliances, kitchen table with 5 chairs. Leather couch with reclining seats, two leather reclining chairs. House has well water, which has been tested, and safe to drink

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.
