John and Rick are the loveliest hosts!! They are so welcome and just as described, welcome you to whichever degree you’d like to socialize and utilize their spaces like the patio, kitchen, etc. The garden patio is majestic. The breakfast layout is beautiful as well. They are the most accommodating hosts I’ve encountered- very highly recommended!!

The host was super welcoming both Natalie & her mother! Beautiful personalties. The whole backyard was beautiful! She had wonderful plants. Felt like eating in a garden. I ordered just snacks for dinner after paying bills, and instead of me eating just the snacks, she made me dinner. Soooo good. The bed was comfortable! Bathroom clean, towels clean. The room smelled good. The view from the window is awesome. I slept good. I sleep on my couch at home and gave my boys the rooms, so the bed was so comforting. Her home was clean; lots of windows and good lighting. I wish I got to see Bambi but maybe next time lol. There were cute chocolates, tv had everything including YouTube. There was plenty of space as well. One thing about Natalie’s mom we had a great conversation plan on having another one. Natalie is talented, free spirited, and such a breath of fresh air. Mom was as well. Enlightening comforting experience! Thank you. I would recommend.

Sara was an amazing host. Our entire stay she went above and beyond to welcome us, and assure our stay was pleasant. The barn apartment was beautiful. Extremely clean and very homey. We enjoyed the beautiful country scenery and all the local recommendations from restaurants, shopping, and exploring as well as all the amenities the house had to offer. We can’t wait to stay again!

My new husband and I had the opportunity to celebrate our marriage here, and I cannot say enough about it. The atmosphere provided a relaxing stay and beautiful photos to remember. Paula and Duane are wonderful hosts- this home is immaculate and completely furnished for any type of traveler.

Kevin’s place was absolutely perfect! The setting was extremely peaceful and his place was a real gem!! So nicely furnished and the hot tub a bonus. He was very accommodating and communicated very well. This stay was for my wife’s birthday and she absolutely loved it. I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Connie’s place! She was incredibly hospitable—warmly welcoming us, showing us around the property, and introducing us to her adorable, fluffy animal friends (we fell in love with them!). Communication was clear and prompt throughout, and Connie thoughtfully prepared everything we could possibly need for a relaxing weekend getaway. The space was cozy, well-equipped, and full of charm. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Ursula is a wonderful host, very friendly and always helpful. The space is quiet and peaceful. Great nights sleep! Ursula has some great extras like healthy snacks and filtered water, she has thought of everything! We look forward to our next stay!

Lisa’s place was the perfect location for a quick beach weekend. Super close to the beach and the boardwalk. The neighborhood felt safe and it was nice to sit in the front porch in the evening.

Karl’s place is such a gem! Absolutely beautiful home and property. The back yard had a fire pit we were able to use as well as other areas for lounging. Karl also makes a delicious breakfast for his guests! If we are back in the area we would love to stay here again!

The two rooms were perfect for my two teenagers and me. They loved the bunk beds and I loved the exquisitely carved headboard in my room. Their deck was a glorious outdoor living space, the house was very clean and decor was really pretty and international. We enjoyed meeting Andy and Sherry and look forward to another visit in the fall hopefully. They were so kind and we loved their home and peaceful back yard!

We had an amazing stay at Susan's Victorian Candle Bed and Breakfast! The building was so cool and we loved the layout and the architecture. Susan was beyond accomodating, she even let us use one of her personal fans. Overall the place was nice and we slept very peacefully. The breakfast she made us in the morning was so amazing and we would have stayed just for that! You really get so much food and Susan is a fantastic cook! I was so full I felt fed the whole day! We talked with Susan and she shared some history about the place and her life and we really enjoyed her company. She even gave us a bottle of her own secret spice blend and let me tell you I will be buying some off her website for sure! All in all it was such a pleasant stay and we will absolutely be staying again. Susan is such a good soul and you can really tell by the love she puts into the place and hosting. 11/10 thank you Susan!!!

Our one-night stay at the Essex was excellent: comfortable room, perfect location, charming property, and scrumptious breakfast. We have already booked again.

David was a fantastic host. We felt completely at ease for our 6 nights of stay. It was a clean place with all the needed amenities such as heater, AC, iron & iron board etc which we needed for our work associated stay. What I liked the most was access to Netflix & Amazon Prime on the two TV screens. We could unwind after long day of work in leisurely fashion. The overall experience definitely made it feel like home away from home! :)

June was very warm and welcoming. She also really meant they keep a well stocked kitchen and I felt comfortable using it whenever I needed to. Though I understood when booking that I would share the bathroom no one else used it while I was there, which made me feel more comfortable taking my time. I could hear movement in the house at night, hosts and other guests were respectful and I did not hear any talking or devices. I needed access to the Baltimore busses which are right down the street.

We were a larger group and stayed at this lovely place. Place has character and made us feel special. Hosts were fabulous and anticipated anything we may need.

Staying at Kathleen and Carl's home was a true joy! It is a wonderful home nestled into a serene, beautifully natural area. It is hard to believe it is so close to the DC metro area. We had a great time walking the gravel roads and listening to bird songs. Enjoying a spring evening on the porch, watching the sun set and hummingbirds flying up to the feeder, was also a highlight. Having a kitchen was important to our stay, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking - and our generous hosts had also stocked it with eggs, butter, juice, bread, etc. Kathleen and Carl were incredibly hospitable and kind hosts and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need and enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for hosting!

Sarah and Neil were wonderful hosts! They were very accommodating in terms of check in and were friendly people to chat with. The room that I stayed was gorgeous and all the immediate amenities that I needed (mini fridge and bathroom) were all in that same room. I highly recommend a stay at their home for a quick weekend get away if you are passing by the area!

My stay was brief but very enjoyable. This was a getaway just for me. Dylan was very helpful and proactive with communication and made sure I knew where everything was and how to get in and out on my own. My room was perfect. Beautifully decorated, a TV and fridge were handy in the room. Very nice place and would definitely stay again.

Alison’s home is beautiful. Spent two nights with the intention of spending a majority of our time relaxing in the space. The views from the loft bedroom are incredible (and appreciate that there’s so much room to walk around up there despite the pitch of the roof!). The hot tub was cozier than anticipated but absolutely lovely. A perfect spot to spend quality time with people you love or reading a good book! Will be back (if we can find available dates—it’s no wonder this place books up!!). Thank you!

Our stay at Jean’s place was perfect. We stayed 6 nights for the Christmas holidays visiting family that live walking distance from Jean. It was comfortable and super clean. Jean had thought of everything you could possibly need and more (extra towels, linens, blankets, toiletries, coffee, tea, books, cable TV, umbrellas and more). The bathroom was super clean and the shower water pressure was great. Jean was so thoughtful and even provided juices and breakfast sandwiches in the fridge for our entire stay. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and beautiful. This is the BEST place to stay in Doylestown Borough. You can walk to everything. The space is big! It gets a lot of natural light. Lots of outlets for electronics. I wish I could have stayed longer than 6 nights and can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our time at Rehoboth Guest House, and immediately said we found "our place" in Rehoboth. We will definitely be back, and can't say enough how wonderful our time was. We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The place is warm, inviting, staff is so incredibly thoughtful and helpful. It was certainly a 5 star stay!

We stayed at the Barn listing for my daughter’s dance competition in Lancaster. Although we didn’t stay long and didn’t get to really explore the gorgeous property staying in such nice comfort after a long day at the Convention Center was just so nice. We felt like we were home. We have already booked to stay again a in few weeks when we are back in town for another competition. Thanks again for making checking in so easy and your place so nice for out of town guests. We loved it and felt super safe and comfortable! Book your stay your won’t regret if your planning on staying in the area.
