The cabin is extremely well ventilated, bright and sunny. It’s cozy and very warm in the winter. You will enjoy a good quality gas fireplace and perfect heating in every room. Floors have radiant heating. Robust showers with great water pressure and a deep soaking bathtub for a luxurious and relaxing you-time. Bedrooms are fitted with high-end designer beds and mattresses and high quality all-cotton linens. Kitchen is equipped with all utensils, pots and pans and everything you need to make meals and stay in. We provide you with a Nespresso machine (BRING YOUR OWN CAPSULES) We hope you enjoy your stay in our cabin! We are just a text away should you need anything. The vaulted living room has pull-out love seat for one sleeper, TV [ROKU, You Tube TV, HULU, Netflix, Amazon, Disney], Blu-Ray player and Google Nest Mini. Enjoy breakfast items like fresh eggs, juice, milk, bread, coffee, tea and our homemade pizzelle.

The historical towns of Intercourse and Strasburg (15 min.) offer tourist attractions. These include the Sight and Sound Theater, The kitchen Kettle , Buggy rides and more.

Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

River House Hideaway Ground Floor

The River House features two connected, first-floor suites ideal for couples or families. The Front Porch Suite includes a queen canopy bed, sitting room with a queen pull-out couch, and private porch for relaxing with morning coffee. The second room offers a full bed, full futon, private rear entrance, and porch. Two full bathrooms feature tiled showers with stained glass handcrafted by our owner. Enjoy three miles of wooded creekside trails and peaceful surroundings.

The Barn on Stoney Hollow

Escape to our converted barn nestled amongst an old 12 acres egg farm in the Poconos. The cabin was built by Denis Wilkens from reclaimed wood sourced from the original buildings, found timber and garnished by local artisan pieces. This cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway, cozy ski weekend, writers den or even yoga retreat. The property is surrounded by evergreens and has a grass lawn, charcoal bbq and a large fire circle. The Paradise Amish Guesthouse is located on a typical Amish family rural property in central Lancaster County. John & Sarah have 5 children aged 12 & up. There are horses & chickens, as well as a large vegetable garden out back. A tour of the property may be available if time allows (please ask if interested). There will be other opportunities for interaction depending on the length of your stay, time of year & the family schedule.
