The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

Your home away from home The Apple Kor Cottage is a single-family home nestled in the small town of Cedaredge, Colorado. Sitting at the base of the Grand Mesa, It features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, wit a large, covered patio to relax and enjoy fireplace for the cool Colorado evenings. The pet-friendly home sleeps 7 comfortably and includes a game room for family games and a night of cards or a good game of poker for your enjoyment during your stay. Yonder Mountain Retreat

A beautiful guesthouse on 5 acres a few miles north of the quaint town of Cedaredge. Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). To bring more than one pet, pre-approval & addt’l. fees apply. One external security camera by the kitchen door.

2 Bedroom Ranch House

Just a mile off of Highway 65 sits Tongue Creek Ranch. The Ranch is located in the fertile valley junction of Tongue Creek & Surface Creek. Enjoy your own private 2 bed 1 bath ranch house. Both bedrooms have a super comfy pillow top queen size bed. WIFI is a fast 1gig fiber optic line. Enjoy a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a sofa in the family room. The front patio is always in the shade. Ask about the optional cabin on site for use as a private detached room for overflow family.

Fruita/Loma Guest House at the Perfect Day Getaway

This newly constructed "Green" home is a mix of modern and country styles and will surely inspire you to enjoy all of the outdoor activities the Grand Valley has to offer. The Perfect Day Getaway house is located on a quaint farm within 8 minutes of world-class hiking, mountain and road bicycling, and river rafting. It is a great launching point for day trips to Moab and the Grand Mesa as well! It was built to maximize the southern exposure and views of the Colorado National Monument.

Very spacious private floor with beautiful views.

Self check-in to the space makes it especially convenient for travelers no matter when you arrive. Views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking.Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space is on your own floor, completely separated from our upstairs space and with a private entrance. Enjoy a self-serve continental breakfast with freshly ground coffee and an assortment of teas. The location is quiet and private, yet so close to town.

Bird House

The “bird house” is a 120 year old bird themed carriage house! It is an open space concept with 20ft ceilings in half and a master loft on the other. It shares a yard with what once was a Catholic Church and the church rectory(both are now private residences). The backyard is very private with a green house and patio perfect for morning coffee. The owner’s live in the main home with very friendly dogs that also use the yard(young bernadoodle and geriatric Sheppard). Enjoy!

Mountain Ranch Retreat

Located Just 30 minutes from Vega State Park. 35 minutes from Powderhorn Ski Area. 15 minutes from the Grand Mesa. And just 45 minutes from Palisade. It is also in the center of Colorado hunting unit 421. Two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. Sleeps up to 6. Fully furnished kitchen for your use. all you need to bring are the groceries.
