The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. Im 2008 erbaut und mit Sauna, Whirlpool, Spülmaschine, Glasfasernetz und mehr. Wir vermieten nicht an Jugendgruppen. Bitte beachten Sie: Vor der Ankunft muss eine Kaution in Höhe von 1.500 DKK über Pay Pal gezahlt werden. Der Betrag wird abzüglich des Stromverbrauchs zurückerstattet. Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst. Morgenmad kan tilkøbes.

På en bakketop med panoramisk udsigt over hele det sydvestlige hjørne af Limfjorden ligger Oldes Hytte. Sommerhuset, der er fra 2021, rummer op til 6 gæster, men med sine 47 m2 appellerer det også til kæresteture, veninde-weekender og tid alene. Prisen er inklusiv strøm. Husk sengetøj og håndklæder. Der er mulighed for, mod betaling, at oplade elbil med Refuel Norwesco oplader. Vi forventer at hytten efterlades som den modtages .
