The home, designed for entertaining both indoors and outdoors boasts magnificent 360 views from the property with the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains front and center. The property abuts the Rattlesnake Hills. immediately behind the home. There are several world class wineries and may outdoor activities within minutes of the home. Guests are welcome to hike, bike and walk the farm property.

Enjoy the sunset over the river, soak in the hot tub, and relax on the large patio! The golf course, driving range and putting green are just steps away. Practice your putting, hit a bucket of balls or play a round of golf on the 18-hole championship course. The boat launch is conveniently located minutes away.

There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy! *** I am building another silo 100ft away.
