Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

The location was beautiful! You’re right on the beach in a private area so it’s never packed. We didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere and it’s a very reasonable walk to quite a few restaurants and Walmart for groceries/ needs. Although there is a coffee maker, you will need to provide your own coffee beans!! The pool was very nice and relaxing, but it was freezing and definitely not heated (no fault of the host)! There’s a nice hot tub to keep warm. We would definitely stay again! Thankful to Josh for a great stay:)

Gave very detailed instructions and made sure I understood everything. The owner also was very responsive and answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and looked just like the pictures and felt like we was at home. Would definitely rent again

Comfortable, both furniture and the beds, really comfy. Well appointed kitchen. Great location. We stayed in the 1st floor unit which was roomy and nice. Every room had ceiling fans and great window coverings. Happy I chose this place and you will be too! The Hosts are top notch!!

I loved Yana's place. It was so nicely decorated and updated. Good location and I felt very safe there.

By far the friendliest and most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of booking with. The whole process was super easy and stress-free! Loved the condo, for the first time the place actually looked just like the pictures. VERY clean and impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. I loved it so much I extended my stay :)

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

It was a pleasent stay and the beach was right there. We loved our stay and will recommend and come back to this host again for this stay.

We visited during spring break and enjoyed our stay at Marcie’s place! We’ve stayed in the complex once before in a different unit and we preferred hers. It is at the back of the complex but that did not make the walk any longer than an additional minute than the last unit we stayed in. She was quick to respond and let us know ahead of time that we could have an early check in (which was very appreciated since we were driving in and it was storming). Our only negative was that we kept forgetting to take Moses on our adventures! Now we’ll have to stay again so we can include him! Thanks again, Marcie! :)

The place was just what we needed to get away from Art was attentive if we need anything and gave us daily reminders I would definitely stay here again not to far from all your main attractions and 30 min drive if your wanting to go more out In Florida which wasn’t bad at all !!! Thanks Art

Very first time using Air BnB, instructions were clear and host very responsive to any questions I had. Would be great for a family with kids going on vacation, the bunks in the hallway were so cute!

I recently stayed at Monica’s place and had an incredible time! It was super private and everything was spotless! She was so helpful with recommendations and really went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. It felt like home away from home! I highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again next time I visit.

We absolutely love staying at the Scott’s house. They were very attentive and when we needed help finding a beach they were so helpful with suggesting a kid friendly beach for my three-year-old. Everything looked exactly like the picture and felt exactly like home and their dog. Bella is the sweetest. The kids absolutely loved her. Please book to stay here!!!! We’ll come again.

We’ve stayed in Navarre before and paid much more for things that we didn’t need. This studio rental was the perfect downsize for us, but had every amenity that we could’ve needed if we’d wanted to cook indoors or outdoors. Ed was very kind, hospitable and willing to serve!

My hubby and I planned a long-weekend getaway and had never been to the 30A area- now we can’t wait to come back! This spot was ideally located with walkability to everything- charming and friendly area- we loved seeing the families and kids riding bikes everywhere- it felt wholesome! The condo was ideal and Bill and Kim were so helpful and responsive with any questions we had! We will definitely be back!!

BEAUTIFUL condo with second to none views of the Gulf. Unit was clean, comfy, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Alex is a wonderful host. 10/10 recommend booking.

My husband, dog, and I spent a week here and loved every minute of it! Carillon Beach is absolutely beautiful, the pools are amazing, and community is lovely. We loved being close to 30a and hopping around all the beach towns in the evenings, as well as being near pier park for our dog :) The unit is exactly what is pictured and had ample space for us. Seriously our dream vacation, we will 1000000% be back!

Had a quick weekend get away. This was the best location to do so and I’ll be back in the near future. Thanks again for the hospitality and great stay.
