This was the second time I have stayed at this listing, and I hope to be back again next year! The condo’s decor is so fun, and it is squeaky clean. It is close to the beach, walking path, restaurants, and shopping…almost anything you need is within walking distance (or a quick drive!). Importantly, this condo complex has private beach access just for guests, which guarantees you a quiet, peaceful spot on the otherwise crowded beach during high season.

Our stay at Heather’s condo was exactly what was advertised. It’s a beautiful place and in a fantastic location close to the beach and several other stores and restaurants. Heather was always extremely quick to respond to our questions which was very much appreciated. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with her again. I would highly recommend her and her condo in Destin at The Palms of Destin!

We stayed for my sister’s bachelorette trip and had a fabulous time! We had no trouble with checkin or checkout & Douglas even allowed me an early check-in to set up the unit to surprise my sister - it was a great weekend thanks to these hosts!

By far the friendliest and most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of booking with. The whole process was super easy and stress-free! Loved the condo, for the first time the place actually looked just like the pictures. VERY clean and impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. I loved it so much I extended my stay :)

Everything was as described, very nice property with bar,coffee, food. Hidden mini game room. Aqua area was grand , with about five different sizes and warming pool that’s was prefect for the spring. The shuttle service was perfect . Take you anywhere from the beach to shopping. Last thing the beds were very comfortable .

I had a great stay at Bunny Hole!! I was in town for work with a little play. The space was perfect for me and had every little thing I needed! Any time I thought “shoot I forget “x” or couldn’t travel via flight with something, it seemed that I was able to find it in the room (noise machine for sleeping, extra hair product, blow dryer, first aid, coffee creamer, small cooler, beach chairs, etc). The neighborhood was safe, quick walk to the beach. The instructions were seamless. Host gave lots of recommendations for local restaurants and easy to access places via foot. Easy to rent a bike at a local shop right up the road. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area! You can tell they really care about their guests experience!!

The condo is amazing with breathtaking views! This exceeded our expectation. The condo was clean, well stocked with all essentials and so comfortable. The ease of access to the beach via a private board walk from the building was so appreciated! The heated pool was icing on the cake for our kids. The location is superb with the serene and peaceful environment of the resort surrounded by many things to do for the whole family. We will definitely book again!

I pointed some minor things to the owner’s rep, to improve curve appeal. Overall, it was great value and will definitely consider it again in the future.

Only great things to say about this stay. The photographs do not do this place justice. The beach was a very short golf cart drive, and was absolutely gorgeous. The house was spotless and the host was very responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing retreat.

This place was perfect! good neighborhood, close by to everything and the house was beautiful and very clean. Very comfortable stay for the price. The hose was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Such a great stay! From the moment we walked in, the cozy coastal furnishings set the perfect vibe. Even though it’s a two-bedroom bungalow, it felt super spacious, and the backyard was packed with great amenities. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We were lucky to visit during a quiet time—no spring break crowds and nearly empty beaches! Shopping and restaurants were just a mile away with tons of free parking, and a short drive brought us to waterfront dining and bars. Even with some road construction nearby, walking to the beach was no problem at all. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable, and easy to navigate. Plus, having a grocery store and CVS close by was super convenient. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

This is our second time staying with Meredith and we absolutely love everything about our stays here. We travel to the area at least once a year and Meredith will always be our #1 option when we are in town. Great location, the home is perfect for us with 4 adults and 2 kids and communication is always top notch. Highly recommend!

We loved the house, the pool area was stunning. The house was cozy and everyone at Oversee made us feel welcomed and was extremely responsive to any question we had. The two bikes made all the difference and enriched our experience vacationing greatly, enabling us to enjoy the area without having to rent costly bicycles daily. The small thoughtful touches the entire Oversee team out in are noticeable and go such a long way in making guests feel like this was the best choice for a vacation stay. We are thankful and will be booking with Oversee next time we are back without any hesitation.

We had a great stay at Ali & Tommy’s beach cottage! Location was super convenient to everything and also very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and we enjoyed grilling out a few nights. We also enjoyed having coffee every morning on the front porch, riding our bikes on 30a and walking our dogs around the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend it!

Had a wonderful stay at Mary Galen's place! The first thing we noticed was how clean it looked and how clean it smelled as well. Perfect location for those who want to be near restaurants, shops, and the beach. We arrived before check-in and we were able to lounge by the pool while waiting. She was very responsive when it came to questions before our stay. I absolutely appreciate her being so accommodating and highly recommend her place for your stay!

Our first time on AirBnb and I have to say the experience was amazing. The Beach view with morning coffee was so relaxing. The condo was nice, clean and furnished. The Washer and dryer was a plus, condo felt vary welcoming. We look forward to future reservations with Nik! I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointment.

My family enjoyed a wonderful week at Erica’s condo. Our party included 3 adults and 3 kids (elementary & middle school aged) and we all had plenty of room to relax before and after our full days at the resort pools and at the beach. The kids especially enjoyed the great views of the active turtles in the duck pond, who gather to sunbathe just below the balcony! Since the beach and largest resort pool is a 6-10 minute walk from the condo, we wish we’d brought a wagon to tote our tent/chairs/floats/towels. A good idea for anyone with beach belongings! We all (adults & kids alike) thoroughly enjoyed the lagoon pool, restaurant, and the private beach access. We drove to St. Andrews State Park (15-20min drive) and spent the day snorkeling, finding shells, and even spotted jellyfish & sting rays! A great condo - clean snd nicely organized, with a wonderful location and view. Easy parking and access to pools and beach, right there! Only comment: (temporary) that the elevators are undergoing upgrade - one at a time - we didn’t have any issues due to that, just fyi. It’s a wonderful place to stay - we hope to stay again in the future!

I've stayed in Gulf Terrance before so I knew from prior experience this is a great location. The condo has a great setup with samsung appliances. comfortable bedding, with close proximity to the waterpark, Nothing Bundt Cakes and may more restaurants. If you are like me you look for safe locationa forr self and family. I can say this is a peaceful and safe complex.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jodie’s place. For reference, our group included a couple, two young children and Grandma. We appreciated plenty of space for our family and enjoyed most of our meals at home or at the beach. We visited several 30A beaches during our weeklong stay and also enjoyed the pool. Her storage closet was full of everything needed for pool and beach fun. Jodie was kind and responsive. Her home is exactly as pictured.

Everything was great! Only thing I would suggest is a few more towels available per bathroom 😊 Nicholas was very easy to connect with and willing to help! Super easy stay and awesome location!
