Had a really great, short stay here in beautiful PCB. The kids loved the mini golf right out the back door. The area was gated and felt very peaceful and safe. The home was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 7. The only thing I would recommend is to add a few more kitchen gadgets, like a working can opener and some more cutting boards/knifes for those cooking in like we did. Overall, great place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Miramar Beach and at this Airbnb! We felt right at home there. Also, we loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

This place prepared for EVERYTHING! Lots of beach supplies (chairs, wagon, umbrellas, toys, cooler ect). Kitchen was PERFECTLY set up. It has EVERYTHING you need to cook. Keurig and traditional coffee maker. Free standing ice maker that never runs out for ice lovers like myself. Nice Weber grill. Lots of games, books, and movies of all kinds. Beach extremely close. The boardwalk is visible from driveway. Outside enclosed shower was perfect for my sandy children. Extra beach towels were provided. Extremely clean upon arrival. The host was very friendly and responded promptly via text which made things feel more personal. Truly loved this place. Only thing I would mention which is also in the description would be that if you have a handicap person going, just be aware that you have to navigate stairs. This property probably wouldn’t be ideal because the main level is on the second floor and the king size rooms are on the 3rd floor. Perfect for anyone else though. Excited to go back!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carolyn’s home in Santa Rosa Beach! The property was impeccably maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of fun. Carolyn was a wonderful host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. One of the highlights was the pool—it was large, heated, and came with a beautiful cabana that made grilling and relaxing even more enjoyable. The garage was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including chairs,umbrellas, and plenty of toys for the kids, which made our days by the water even more fun and stress-free. Another huge plus was having The Big Chill just across the street. It was the perfect spot for grabbing delicious food, enjoying live music, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Carolyn’s recommendations for restaurants beaches and shops were spot on. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful place . Perfect location. Ground floor hanging area. 2 story townhouse. I liked that the main floor (2nd level) had a private 1/2 bath by the laundry room. If you are the family that you have to do some laundry in the night this is perfect , no noise to the bedrooms on the upper level. Thanks for sharing your beach house with us.

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised and host was very responsive with questions. Clean and comfortable, kid friendly and great access to an uncrowded beach. We would consider a repeat stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

This place was awesome! Close to everything and had plenty of space. Hosts were very quick to reply. Would highly recommend and will definitely book it again in the future when we go back.

We loved our stay at Erica’s!! The townhouse was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The kids loved the bunk beds. There are tennis rackets and balls and putt putt supplies provided if you want to play that at the resort. There’s a pool very close to the townhome. Beach is probably a 5 minute walk(we had kids and an older person, so, it took us a little longer). Beach wagon and toys are supplied but we didn’t use them. The washer and dryer came in very handy. We always stay at Gulf Highlands because it’s gated and a very peaceful community with lots of things to do. Erica was very responsive to my messages. I highly recommend staying at The Mermaid Castle! Thanks Erica for a great trip, and we look forward to staying again in the future!

Very pleasant stay. Victoria was a great host. She responded very quickly to my questions. I had trouble with the booking (no fault of the website, just me being technologically challenged), and she helped me right away. The house was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The little patio in the yard was a nice place to sit and relax. Everything was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect! Location is wonderful - away from big crowds and big development, but a short bike ride to restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. The private beach was uncrowded with pristine white sand and gorgeous turquoise water. Five mature, yet active women loved it and hope to return for next year’s “girls trip.”

We loved the location. The convenience to the beach was great with the use of the LSV (golf cart). Bikes also useful. The community was super family friendly, heated pool, but only through April. (Workout great for us !) Restaurants across the street were great no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend beachy bean coffeehouse!

This was a great stay for evacuation. Able to bring our cats which was 1 less thing to worry about. Could walk less tha 2 mins to grocery store, pet store, Ramen, Korean BBQ, Buffalo Wild Wings, McMcCallistMcCallisters, & Starbucks. quiet area

My family loved this place and our stay. Very clean. Perfect location. We had a small issue with our access code but Chastity had it taken care of in less than 15 minutes of me reaching out to her. We will definitely book with her for our next trip!

Great place

We had a great week in Navarre and Janelle’s home is the perfect location. The beach and pier are a short walk away - we even saw dolphins swimming by! Luckily, on the days we couldnt swim at the beach due to rip currents, we could swim in the pool and the sound right out the back of the house. The paddle boards were so much fun! I loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the sound - it was so relaxing. My kids loved fishing off the pier behind the house. The beds and couches were extremely comfortable. There was an issue with the sheets but Janelle responded immediately and sent us new ones in just a couple hours. We were sad to leave and hope to come back to the Navarre area soon.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed was already there for a comfortable stay. Beach was in walking distance and having the pool right out the back door was a wonderful plus! Really enjoyed that we could take our fur babies with us! John was very responsive and friendly. We even booked another stay while we were there for a later date. I would definitely recommend this home and host to family and friends.

This place is super cute! The host is extremely responsive, and she was always available if we had any questions. The kitchen and bathrooms were all stocked, and we didn’t have any issues checking in/out. Would definitely stay here again!

WONDERFUL visit! Condo was located in a gorgeous location. The home was clean and comfortable for our family of 6. The listing description and pictures were accurate. My only recommendation, bring your own beach towels (none inside home), toiletries (only hand soap on site), chairs (ones at house were broken-we left a brand new one). The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils, etc. We enjoyed making breakfast and lunch and eating out for dinner (Andy D’s was delicious). The best part of the condo was the location to the beach. It’s literally steps away down a wooden path. So easy to go back and forth (plus a shower under the home to rinse off the sand). We will 100% stay at this condo again! NOTE-a home is being built next door. Construction starts early. Didn’t bother us, but good to share if you’re looking to sleep in or you’re a light sleeper. Ashley was attentive and accommodating. The location is the best part. We had a great vacation. I would definitely return.
