A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

Very close to Freycinet National Park (Wineglass Bay), Douglas Apsley, Vineyards, Natureworld, & local Penguin tours.

A 5 min walk to town centre. Tourist attractions including Blow Hole,Penguin Tour,Tassie Devil night tour,Nature World for wildlife. Douglas Apsley Gorge. Freycinet National Park is a 30 min drive,then you can walk over to Wine Glass Bay.

The Overnight Pod

Peaceful, centrally located, clean, comfortable and affordable. Please note there are NO cooking facilities and NO television (but there is very fast Starlink wifi). The Pod is a great sleep in/eat out option for the budget traveller (there is a kettle and toaster for your convenience, there is NO microwave). Loads of natural light and a deck to relax in the sun. Spend your days exploring Bicheno and the rock pools at the end of the block, run down the path to surf or swim at the nearby Redbill Beach.
