This is the home of a real Vietnamese family. The host has a friendly, sunny personality. They had the latest facilities and had no major inconvenience during to stay. Miss Han is a city woman, and this is a better place for women to live. Just trust them, she is nice to you.

Perfect stay in HCM! The location was super convenient, the room was cozy and clean, and the host was very accommodating. Would book again!

Les chambres de Ngan sont très jolie, bien équipé tout est neuf. Le matelas est très confortable. L'emplacement est excellent avec de nombreux marché et stand de rue. Le café de l'établissement est sympa et le café SUPER bon. Ngan nous a même offert un café de bienvenue, de plus elle est tres gentille et amicale. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente. Merci encore pour votre accueil.

Ngan is a fantastic and responsive host! The coffee shop on the ground floor is lovely, and their breakfast is absolutely delicious. While there’s no elevator, the staff were incredibly supportive, carrying our luggage to our room on the second floor without any extra charge (and they even politely refused tips!). We will definitely return if we need a place to stay between District 10 and 3!

Very good. Nice staff. I left my charger there for half a day. I called them and they kept it for me until the shipper came and picked it up.

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Om du ska till HCMC/Saigon och letar efter ett boende i distrikt 1 - bo i Sailing Tower! Granne med Independence Palace och bara några minuter till Central Post Office och Katedralen. Flera bra frukost- och matställen i kvarteret. Utsikten från balkongen över staden är magisk. Jayden som hjälpte oss att checka in var otroligt vänlig och svarade snabbt på frågor. Kan bara rekommendera detta boende!

Ich war für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Ho Chi Minh. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sehr sauber. Wenn man aber erstmal in der Wohnung ist fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Kleine, Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung, die alles hat was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit 20‘ schnell durchlauf (sehr praktisch, wenn man seine T-Shirts schnell voll schwitzt) ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super wenn man es mit den Hotels in der Gegend vergleicht, die ein ähnliches Ambiente bieten wollen. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde sie selber auch wieder nutzen.

Lovely Stay at Bich Thuy’s Place! We had a wonderful time staying at Bich Thuy’s property. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and communication with Bich Thuy was smooth and responsive. She was a thoughtful and kind host. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again!

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Mai’s place is just like 1 of those hidden gem that you hardly see these days anymore. Amazing place to stay and I am very sure that she put in 1000% effort in decorating and designing the place.
