We love the location of this place! Very convenient and close to all the tourist spots youd want to visit when youre in HCMC. I would definitely come back here. The host is very responsive and helpful!

★★★★★ A flawless stay in the heart of Saigon! This Airbnb was immaculate—gleaming floors, fresh linens, and a spotless bathroom that felt hotel-quality. The location is unbeatable: 2-minute walk to Independence Palace , a short stroll to Notre-Dame Cathedral and Ben Thanh Market , and surrounded by buzzing cafes, pho spots, and rooftop bars (don’t miss Café Apartments nearby ). The host was exceptionally kind, offering speedy check-in, local tips, and even helping us book a scooter! The apartment itself was quiet, modern, and stocked with strong AC, fast Wi-Fi, and a cozy balcony overlooking leafy streets. Perfect for explorers who want to dive into Saigon’s energy while having a serene retreat to return to. 10/10—will book again!

I have stayed in this building 3 times now and can say the quality has been very high and has remained the same each time. The hosts are very helpful with any questions I have. Every unit I have stayed in has been very quiet and peaceful so will continue to stay here if I come back to the area again.

In terms of location, you can’t get any better than this place. I’ve stayed in many different locations around HCM and this room is right smack at the central of the central district — however if you are sensitive to noise levels in the day time, then you have to note that it’s located at the busiest round about in the city. In the night, it’s alright. It’s so central that I don’t have to take any rides as compared to the other locations I’ve stayed at. It’s in an old building so I wouldn’t say the interior is spotless but well cleaned :) P/s. all buildings in the central district are old. If you want a newer building you’ll need to stay in the surrounding districts. Pick your battles! Lastly, I want to emphasise that the bed is surprisingly COMFORTABLE compared to many abnb.

Everything is perfect, thanks to Ben for the great communication. The stay is good and the localization is perfect so we can do a lot of by walk.

My wife and I stayed in HCMC for 5 nights and this place was an excellent base for everything we wanted to do. Excellent restaurants in walking distance as well as a short and cheap Grab to other main attractions like the War Remnants Museum. The apartment had everything you might need for your stay. The bed and pillows were luxurious, and my wife was thankful for the host providing us an extra blanket. The AC works amazing, there's good hot water and water pressure, and even the sound insulation to outside is superb. We rarely heard road noise. There is noise that comes from the apartment above, but it didn't bother us too much. WiFi was great, we were able to do a few work calls with no issue. The hosts were nice and proactive. They did our laundry for us 2 times during our stay which was great, provided toiletries, and even tons of drinking water. This place is quiet, comfortable, and convenient. You can't ask for better at this price in HCMC!

Tran And Thien’s place is exactly as described in the listing. We had the opportunity to meet both hosts and they are very pleasant people. They take great pride in their place and it shows. They are very responsive to questions, come up with alternatives if there is an issue and have tons of local recommendations. Their place is an easy walk to just about every tourist destination. Restaurants right outside the front door of the building plus more on every street we walked. We took bus 52 from the airport and it dropped us off just a block away from the building. We highly recommend staying at Tran and Thien’s place.

陽台很大，很舒服，白天會有涼風。 希望可以多種一些植物，也請入住的人記得幫陽台的植物澆水， 每天早上曬曬太陽再出門，心情會更好。 非常推薦這個房源，房東團隊也很專業，像住在家裡一樣開心， 這是我來越南5次，最喜歡的一間房源：）

Host was responsive and apartment was exactly like what was described in the listing. It is a gated community and there were also plenty of shops that’s walkable nearby. We were also able to store our luggages after checking out so that we can continue to explore the city before our flight! Overall a great, clean and comfortable environment to stay in!
