Simply put…great place, great location, great host. All 3 kids, including my wife and I immediately loved the place, and didn’t want to leave. Ian is very responsive to any questions. His place is a gem with an amazing rooftop patio and living room balcony. Close to all the bars and restaurants on 14th Street. Quiet building. Very clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at this Washington D.C. Airbnb. This was our 2nd time ever in D.C. Tucked away on a calm, tree‑lined street, the apartment felt like a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The neighborhood stays genuinely quiet, even at night, which was a welcome surprise in the city. Our host deserves a special shout‑out. From the warm welcome to quick replies, they were consistently kind and attentive. Thoughtful touches, a few local snacks in the kitchen, fresh towels, and an overall welcoming space, we loved ending our nights back at the airbnb. We took frequent walks and felt very safe. For future guests: the unit sits beneath the hosts home. Everyday life happens upstairs, so you’ll occasionally hear light footsteps and an echo of conversation. It never rose above a gentle background murmur for us, but it’s good to know if you’re sensitive to sound. Which we are not. Overall, perfect location for exploring all of D.C, with a wonderful host.

I stayed here for a week while working in the area and wow, Joe went above and beyond to assure I knew my way around the area and felt right at home. He proactively checked in to see if I needed anything. His stay is in a quieter location yet still close to the city while being able to avoid traffic. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this home! Beginning with the beautiful architecture of the neighborhood, this apartment was right in the midst! Lovely apartment, easy to enter right off the street, and the entire place was just like brand new! Comfortable space, comfy beds and very nice amenities. They also were very helpful and responsive when we needed assistance. Driving distance to all the DC sites and fun, while staying in a quiet peaceful neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay, and just as it was the first time, we really enjoyed the stay. Hans is a great, super responsive host. The home is a quick taxi/rideshare away from most main attractions in DC. We really enjoyed ourselves!

The place was easy to find and he left great instructions so didn't have any troubles getting in. There is a little courtyard right next to the backdoor which was great for my pup. The place was clean and perfect for my group of 3. We felt safe and it was quiet enough to get rest at night. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Marco’s place was very clean and in a good location! We comfortably fit 4 guests. He was very communicative and followed up on any questions we had in a timely manner.

We were typical Washington DC tourists and did all the touristy things. This place was perfect in terms of location because it was peaceful and quiet for a restful night after a very active day. But it is still close to many stores and restaurants and so we had no problems finding what we needed in the neighborhood. The apartment itself was super clean and very easy to access. Sojourn and their team were very responsive to all the questions that I had about parking, etc. With a big family of two kids and two seniors, I very much appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to meticulously clean up or do any housework upon checkout. They truly understood for us what it means to be stress-free, and I very much appreciated that. Highly recommend this place, and I’d love to come visit again.

We had a very good 2 nights stay at Francis’s place while visiting D.C. with family. The place was pretty much what was advertised in the listing and Francis was always responsive providing us clear instructions and help when we needed it. The place is a cute apartment which is a great base if you are visiting D.C. and it accomodated our family of five fine. Having parking in the city worked out great for us as we were there to see D.C. atttractions and they were easy to get to with a short Uber ride. Thank you Francis for hosting us.

If I could give 6 stars I would! This was the easily the best BNB i’ve stayed at! Kristen’s place was extremely clean, comfortable, private, organized, quiet, and stocked with all the necessities you could ever need, plus more. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. We chose to Uber into the city, which usually took about 20 minutes to all our destinations. She has thought of everything and was so considerate & accommodating! The robes and slippers were a nice touch & made our stay feel more like a luxury vacation. I’ve already recommended this place to 2 others! Would definitely stay again next time we visit the DC area!

This flat is right in the heart of Georgetown. Walking distance to all restaurants and bakeries if you are into that kind of thing :) This place is located in an old area and is part of a historic building, so be mindful of that and don’t expect modern elevators or wide space parking lots. You are in historical area :) I stayed here with my almost 80 year old parents and they did well on stairs to get to the apartment, no problem. The apartment is clean and has all you need for a short stay. There is no real living room there, it’s a combination of super nice kitchen and high chairs at the bar area. I found this place very cozy and well laid out. The host is the best! Super helpful, very responsive and very kind! Thank you so much for everything and we will be back again!

Meredith’s condo is the perfect spot if you’re visiting DC to see a concert at the 9:30 Club or The Atlantis. It’s walking distance from both, which was super convenient. Meredith was also extremely attentive and responsive. My friend and I felt right at home in her clean, cozy basement space.

Excellent Stay, great location and has a garage if you ask with time.

Overall very good space. It was cleaned and organized. We loved the complimentary snacks and shower product were a nice touch. Quiet neighborhood and ample street parking

We definitely recommend this apartment. The location is pretty to walk through, safe and only 10 minutes to the metro. The space itself is very clean, tastefully decorated and quiet. Ryan is an accommodating host. He responded very quickly to any questions, provided us with a parking pass and gave great food recommendations. The only thing to be aware of is that the ceiling is a bit low in certain areas, if you are tall. I was fine, but my husband had to pay attention. Conveniently the low ceiling areas are marked with glow in the dark tape to help you see them at night. We would absolutely stay here again!

House was in a great location. Tons of restaurants within walking distance and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Maketto.

Pleasant, comfortable basement apartment in a lovely part of Washington DC, in a quiet leafy street just off 14th St with all its restaurants and coffee shops and a short walk from Logan Circle. Well equipped with a full kitchen, laundry facilities and ample storage space and workspace. Jacob was kind enough to let me check in early after an early flight, and although I found the lockbox a bit tricky, the cleaner was most helpful and all went well. I would stay again!

I had to make an unexpected last minute trip to DC to get some documents authenticated. I had nothing planned and didn't know the area at all. Samir turned out be incredibly helpful, flexible, and considerate. The place was perfect for my short stay. I would definitely recommend Samir's place.
