I loved everything about the home, very clean, had all the amenities that we needed and more the owner was very responsive to our needs and concerns.. She took the time out to call me personally and even got us Cake to celebrate my cousin birthday.. I would book this place over and over if I’m ever back in the area.. I would leave a million stars if I could❤️♥️ I just say thank you for hosting me, my family and friends and going above and beyond for us as well

It was very clean, and nearby free parking wasn't too hard to find. There were lots of amenities, and the host was very responsive. It's about an 18-minute walk to the metro station, which is a bit of a walk, but overall, it was a great place for a great price.

Extremely polite and responsive host. Very clean and very well equipped including kitchen and bbq. Large bright family room where we spend a lot of time playing games and listening to the music. Ideal for family get together. approx 20 minutes to all major attractions and restaurants.

Had a Great stay the place was like the pictures/description. A few notes the bathrooms got a little hot/humid when trying to get ready. I wasn’t aware that there was a rental apartment underneath…. Parking for a group with more than two cars is a little tricky but it’s in a city so can’t expect too much, there was a spot in the garage area and a street parking pass for another. A little pricey but I would definitely rent again if budget allows.

Shannon and Dan were great hosts, and their place was a wonderful experience. Shannon and Dan communicated clearly, promptly, and consistently, and they were incredibly warm, friendly, and flexible. Even when my group experienced a slight inconvenience—which had almost nothing to do with the Airbnb—Shannon and Dan were accommodating, supportive, and eager to help. Their place was a great location to rest and get ready to explore the area, and I'd stay again in a heartbeat or confidently recommend it to others. Overall, a wonderful space owned and operated by wonderful people.

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

It was a beautiful townhouse that has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms; well-stocked and nice kitchen; very quiet at night; easy to find. Our family had a wonderful stay 👍✅

We had an incredible stay at Mafe’s Airbnb in Washington, DC! Mafe was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was sparkling clean, incredibly comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. The beds were some of the comfiest we’ve ever slept in, and the bathrooms and kitchen were pristine. The location was perfect for our family—safe, with fantastic restaurant options nearby, and so convenient for the metro, Ubers, and rideshares. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely book this place again whenever we return to DC. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

We absolutely loved everything about this home. The house itself is a beautiful historic home. The location is perfect for walking to many various activities, restaurants and local grocers. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Alberta and Jorge’s beautiful home was the best air bnb experience we have ever had, and we have stayed in many places around the world. The home is on a quiet street adjacent to rock creek park in the most serene of surroundings. The home itself was incredibly comfortable and well designed. The kitchen was outfitted with every possible kitchen gadget and appliance - a really extra special treat for folks who like to cook, not to mention tons of spices and sauces that saved us the hassle of having to buy lots of extra things. There’s no shortage of supplies which was also a nice touch and made us feel much more welcome. Our family (two adults and three kids) was extremely comfortable there and the kids loved playing in the snow and the yard. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Parking is a breeze on the quiet street and it’s an easy drive to anywhere in the city. Public transit via bus is also very convenient as 16th street is a short walk away with access to the bus lines. A true gem

Michael was a wonderful host. Always quick to respond. Having lived in the city for many years, my main concern was parking (since we drove from NH); however, we never had an issue. Didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood other than the evenings. Great rooftop deck to read and sun ourselves. Kitchen had what we needed.

Aivets place was beautiful, spacious, and had a very open main living room. perfect for socializing. the place was very clean and well stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies. Aivet was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay!! a very wonderful host. The neighborhood is a bit far from downtown DC, and the walk to the closest metro can be far for those who have trouble walking far distances. But the house is fantastic and I would 100% stay here again :)

Susan’s home is incredibly warm and inviting—it truly feels like staying in a loved one’s house. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with friendly neighbors and a great park nearby. The house itself is charming, with comfortable beds, a cozy sunroom, and a beautiful backyard for the kiddos. The layout was functional and practical for our family of four adults and two kids. We were able to enjoy the common spaces together very comfortably while also being able to retreat into our individual spaces for privacy. Street parking was always available, and check-in/check-out were seamless. Susan was incredibly kind and responsive, making us feel right at home. It’s clear this is a cherished home, not just a rental, which adds to its warmth and character. While there’s not a ton of storage space for clothing, it wasn’t an issue for our 3-night stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.
