We stayed at this place for 7 days, during stay we felt like home, very comfy. The host is very responsive and always helpful. About surrounding, we also really liked the area, has lot of restaurants, cafe, mall, park etc. Especially if you stay here with family and kids, this place is for you. Thanks again to the host, made our travel much easier 🤝🏻

AmbiHOME is a nice place, modern designed apartment with full of facilities around, not far to District 1, only 4 km to Landmark 81, good value for what you pay for.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Я выбрал квартиру в основном из-за района Vinhomes. Это довольно комфортное место, совсем не похожее на Хошимин. Квартира просторная. В ней есть вся мебель и техника. Всё работает. Хозяева - очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Они моментально приходили на помощь и по поводу жилья, и по личным вопросам. Из небольших минусов: - на улице рядом с домом есть деревенское караоке. Они любят шуметь, но в 22 часа всегда замолкают - кухня не очень приспособлена для готовки В целом, я прожил тут хороший спокойный месяц. Спасибо!

I visited Vietnam for the first time on a solo trip, and stayed for 3weeks. The apartment is located in a beautiful safe and walkable neighborhood near a large mall, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores. Access to a gym and fantastic pool were provided. The location is about a 35min-45min grab ride to District 2 and an hour from District 1. If you are sensitive to air and noise pollution etc as I am, this location will be perfect. I traveled into the other districts frequently and happily returned to the less crowded and very lush Distict 9 neighborhood. Another awesome perk was the proximity to the light market and Vinwonders Grand Park. All fantastic additions esp given the cost of the rental. What stood out the most, though, was my highly attentive host. Khac Phuong was so incredibly helpful, friendly, communicated clearly, and exceptionally responsive. I have reserved a multitude of airbnbs over the years and she is by far the most excellent host that I have encountered!

Great premium class property and very spacious flat. The area is less congested and has everything you need - a gourmet store, several coffee shops, a pharmacy, a supermarket etc, plus very close to downtown and D2. Was renting for my family visiting and they were very happy with the apartment and the amenities.

Overall, an excellent stay. The apartment was exactly as advertised. One recommendation is to turn the AC on a couple of hours prior to guests arrival to cool and air out the room. The is also a welcome gesture hotel used to ease the pain of long travel time. The area is beautifully landscaped, has many convenience stores and coffee shops. The Mega Mall is big with adequate stores for all your needs. The Grp 1 bus is a free local area bus making loops around the neighborhood. It takes around 15 minutes to cover the loop from end to end. You can walk around and find shorter or direct routes to your destination. Grp3 is a Vinhomes free bus making the loops to HCM and back. Be sure to locate the correct pick up area for each bus.

Это отличное место для проживания семьи. Есть все удобства, зоны отдыха, чисто и тихо. Сама квартира очень комфортная и современная. В доступности торговый центр с большим продуктовым магазином, парк с водными горками, каруселями и большой детской площадкой. Ночной рынок с местной едой, различные кафе и рестораны. Лучше приезжать на длительный срок и успеть попробовать все 👌🏽🫶🏻. Очень рекомендую и хозяина и его квартиру 💚
