Abdeel’s condo in Dorado is right across the street from a public beach. The restaurants around the area are easily accessible and serve tasty food. Shopping centers are short drives from the property. The place had all we needed to cook, clean and shower. If we were missing anything, Abdeel was very quick to respond and remedy. He was kind, understanding and flexible. We were so thankful to have the place and all of the many beach paraphernalia to make it a great, relaxing vacation. Will stay again if we’re in the area!

We had a wonderful stay in Dorado with our family! The home is in a safe, gated community just a short walk to a calm, crystal-clear beach. My nephews loved the pool, and we appreciated having beach chairs and a cooler for easy beach days. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The A/C units in each bedroom were a huge plus, and the beds were very comfortable with soft and firm pillow options. The Digital Welcome Book was super helpful—great to have a clear overview of the home and amenities. The location was perfect. Close to a supermarket, stores, and restaurants. The hosts were kind, responsive, and even had the A/C on for our arrival, which was a nice touch. The only minor note is that we personally prefer hotter water in the shower, but with the island heat, the cooler water was actually refreshing. Thank you again for your hospitality—we’d love to return!

We love staying there we’ve been there 2 years in a row and counting . We felt super comfortable and relaxed. It’s definitely a home away from home feeling being there . Its super spacious and super clean . We stayed there last year and everything still looked like new . My wife and kids are happy we went back . I definitely can’t wait till next year . Spiros is the Best host ever by far .

Fantastic location that is literally across the street from the beach. We stayed in unit 6, which has a large beach-facing terrace and a Blackstone grill. The compound has a heavy duty generator that came in handy when we lost power for ~1 day. Unit 6 easily accommodated three adults and two kids under four for eight days. The unit has the amenities (e.g., towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and bath/dish/hand soap) you need to start, but recommend stopping at SuperMax grocery (or similar) to buy necessities after the starter kit runs out. Also, buy water! SuperMax does delivery...we had groceries delivered ~3 times. The addresses in PR can be tricky, so for SuperMax, I just listed Calle A/Calle D and specified it's in the same compound as Lester's. Sammy was always responsive and very helpful. We needed a pack and play for our baby and he delivered. He arranged for kids beach toys to be delivered when we asked whether the apartment has toys.

Melba’s place was extremely clean and accommodated the 4 of us very well. We loved the modern look. The villa provided everything from dishes to toiletries. The beach accessories were also a nice touch. Having the parking spot right in front of the villa was very useful. Melba also provided a clicker for the community entry gate which gave us easy access instead of waiting on line to speak to security to allow us in the community. Although we did not use the community pool, it is walkable as we did walk to the area. The villa is also close to a community beach and the Embassy Suite where there is a casino and restaurants. There are also many restaurants in the town as well. Melba was quick to respond to all my inquiries and very attentive to us by providing information on rip current. She was also very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Thank you again, Melba, for an excellent stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Carlos’ place! Carlos was an outstanding host — very responsive and proactive throughout our trip. He informed us about an unscheduled island-wide power outage, set up a generator to make sure we were comfortable, and even took time off work to check on us personally. The villa/condo was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed, including private gated parking, cozy outdoor seating with a great ambience, and a grill. The location was perfect — just a few steps to a beautiful, shallow beach ideal for swimming. It’s a popular spot with local families, who enjoy bathing and sipping beers in the water, giving it a relaxed and authentic vibe. The neighborhood felt very safe, with frequent police patrols and lively street-side bars to explore. Despite the energy, a strictly enforced noise ordinance after 11pm ensured peaceful nights. Overall, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 9 and highly recommend this property. The en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom worked very well providing privacy and convenience for all. The living room and main living space with dining table also provided space for meals, games, and general gathering spaces. We took advantage of the outside patio for coffee and reading time in the cooler mornings. The pool area is conveniently located directly across the street from this unit making it convenient for even short dips or lounging. We were at this location during the Puerto Rico blackout and the diesel generator started automatically and provided power during multiple power losses over three days. Having backup power made a real difference during our family vacation as most restaurants and businesses are not open on January 1st and we were able to celebrate by staying in for dinner and family time knowing we would have power during the random blackouts.

The apartment was squeaky clean and the kids enjoyed the small above ground pool. Oscar was very responsive and made us feel that if any issues should arise, he would attend to them immediately. During our stay the entire island suffered a power outage. When I opened my phone to inform him about it, there was already a message from him letting me know that there was a generator that would be turned on immediately so that our comfort would not be disrupted. Indeed it was not. We enjoyed staying in Oscar's lovey home.

We loved our stay! Pictures imply little larger space in backyard and kitchen but that had no negative impact for us. Home was very clean, comfortable, stylish and on a quiet street which was very relaxing for us. The pool, pool toys and outdoor seating were also wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great!

Your attention to detail is impeccable, and as a air b n b owner myself, I got a lot of ideas from my properties from you! You made our stay exceptional! Very communicative and responsive. Everything we needed for the beach or pool was available. The grill was great! Kitchen fully stocked. These guys didn't miss anything at all. and folks, During our 11 day stay, Puerto Rico lost power for 3 days straight! the whole island, and we didn't even realize it! The generator and water supply back up, was a blessing to have and kicked on immediately. Air conditioners in everything room with nice cold air blowing. You guy's literally thought of everything! This was a magnificent place to stay with my family. This place has it all: location, amenities, restaurants, bars, beach, etc, but the best part was Señor Juan, who was always accessible and extremely helpful with all our needs. We stayed in a beautiful place to vacation, but he made it our home away from home.

The property is immaculately maintained, evoking a tropical ambiance reminiscent of a beach theme. The cleanliness is exceptional, and the space accurately reflects the provided descriptions and photographs. Notably, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning and ceiling fan ensured a comfortable temperature. The neighborhood is remarkably quiet, although limited activities are available in the immediate area. However, nearby attractions can be easily accessed via Uber, with fares approximating $17. Our stay was an authentic Puerto Rican experience, which we thoroughly enjoyed with our family. One delightful aspect was the nightly visit from a friendly cat, who would join us on the porch, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Karl was a great host always able to text and communicate. Very helpful. The house looks way better in person. Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than what it looks. Balcony views into the Puerto Rico hills full of green trees. I love it here whenever I come back I will be booking through Karl at this home again. Great home

Hector was an amazing host - proactive, responsive, and friendly. His place is close to everything in Old San Juan. After active days exploring, we loved hanging out on the balcony in the evenings, enjoying breezes and beautiful skies.

Great listing and just like the pictures. Literally 2 min from the beach and can see the views from the home! Comfy stay, rainforest shower head, everything updated! The locals are even better! About 30-45 min out from San Juan but perfect if you want more relaxing and cultural stay vs in the city stay. Would 100% book again :)))

We had an amazing stay in Jairo's place and would definitely stay there again. We stayed for four nights. The location is awesome, close to great restaurants, sites, shops, bars. Old San Juan is very walkable and his location is perfectly centered everywhere. His place was super clean and cozy. He accommodated us with an early check-in, which was appreciated. He is very easy to communicate with. So glad we chose this spot over a hotel. It was great to have the option to use the kitchen and laundry right in the apartment. We visited over Good Friday and Easter, which are very popular holidays. The noise was surprisingly not too bad at all! We could hear some people @ 9-10pm in streets, but once we closed windows it was hardly noticeable. My husband did wake up a few times at 2am to loud people in the streets, but Jairo provides a white noise machine and earplugs which helps. I also wear a sleep mask and sleep phones which prevented me from hearing any noise whatsoever. Overall, great!!

The place is actually larger than it looks in the photos. We had a great time staying here and were very close to a lot of things. The location is also fairly close to the bus depot to get out of the area without having to rent a car. They had everything we needed to cook breakfast and there is a grocery store 2 blocks away. Only suggestion is that for those who practice no shoes in the house and are hypersensitive to any dirt being on the floor, you might want to bring your own slippers. When we first arrived, the living room and kitchen floors seemed to have a haze of dust. Like they were swept but not mopped and so dust was on our feet since we don’t wear shoes in a house. And you can feel everything on the tile floor so I mopped routinely during our stay. The place was clean but I think they just get dust easily and you really feel it on the hard tile floor.

You are at the epicenter of an absolutely vibrant culture with cobblestones along every street. This space provides opportunities for a serene morning with several options for an incredible breakfast that has a view as well as tapping into the face-paced nightlife that you won't forget. Be sure to bring athletic footwear for the day and sturdy shoes that can handle an exotic night of your choosing. For those who like to work hard and play hard, this is the spot. Do it.

A must stay SJ. Walkable and easy to find everything

This was a great location everything you needed and more was there for you. They provided beach chairs umbrellas that we used almost every day. We had an issue with one of the toilets and chair in the dining room sent a message. They were there within 24hrs to fix the problem. Would totally stay here again.

A wonderful location and comfortable unit to return to after exploring Old San Juan. Probably the most comfortable bed we have ever had at an AB&B.
