The place is nice, clean, and safe, matching all the descriptions provided. Although it is slightly outdated, it is more than satisfactory. We appreciate the location—it's close to the beach and features a pool and jacuzzi. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance as well. We had a very positive experience overall. Kevin is a fantastic host; he was always responsive and offered useful recommendations for exploring the island.

Rafael was very attentive and responded quickly when we had questions! Plenty of room in the condo for our family of four, would definitely stay again!

I stayed at Kiara's place for 5 days. I flew in on a very late flight and arrived at her place at 3 am. It is a double gated community. Kiara sent me videos and pictures describing everything. During our stay, the entire island had a blackout. Kiara came and brought us a generator, extension cords and a light. She was always available and responsive. My family and I had the best time at her place and will definitely come back again, especially since we now know she offers a generator during an emergency. There are so many amenities available at her location, pool, beach, casino, go karting, outdoor play area, she has beach towels for your stay, she has a cooler and even beach chairs. The neighbors were all friendly, we even hung outside with them during the blackout. Kiara and her place are a gem! Definitely pick this place over anywhere else.

I would rate this Villa an 11 out of 10! Our stay was fabulous! Loved the fact that we walked to the pool and was able to play some tennis, and take a stroll through the jogging trails. The Villa was spotlessly clean, fresh, and bright! Loved the renovated kitchen and was packed with everything that we needed for our stay. The beds are heaven! Loved the location, as it’s just a 30 min drive to San Juan, and a 40 min drive to the east west of the island. We will DEFINITELY be booking with Maria again!!!! I STRONGLY recommend this Villa, for those looking to book! Thank you Maria, for making us feel like home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay in Dorado with our family! The home is in a safe, gated community just a short walk to a calm, crystal-clear beach. My nephews loved the pool, and we appreciated having beach chairs and a cooler for easy beach days. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The A/C units in each bedroom were a huge plus, and the beds were very comfortable with soft and firm pillow options. The Digital Welcome Book was super helpful—great to have a clear overview of the home and amenities. The location was perfect. Close to a supermarket, stores, and restaurants. The hosts were kind, responsive, and even had the A/C on for our arrival, which was a nice touch. The only minor note is that we personally prefer hotter water in the shower, but with the island heat, the cooler water was actually refreshing. Thank you again for your hospitality—we’d love to return!

El lugar es excelente. Una exquisita limpieza y El Dorado lo tiene todo para pasar unas vacaciones de lujo. Nuestros anfitriones fueron muy amables y resolvieron todas las necesidades con prontitud y amabilidad. Fueron muy generosos en extendernos nuestra estancia ante una cancelación del vuelo. Realmente nos sentimos especiales con ellos y su hospedaje. Seguramente volveremos. Mil gracias 🙏

Karl was a great host always able to text and communicate. Very helpful. The house looks way better in person. Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than what it looks. Balcony views into the Puerto Rico hills full of green trees. I love it here whenever I come back I will be booking through Karl at this home again. Great home

I would recommend this place and I would ABSOLUTELY book again! It was the perfect spot for the perfect price! Everything was extremely clean. Came with beach towels, four beach chairs, and a small cooler! The water pitcher with filter was also helpful! I also appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower. There was plenty of storage space to put our items away so we felt right at home. There’s so much to do in the neighborhood and the beaches are beautiful! Thank you so much for a great stay!
