This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Lokal A Frame - Modern on the Maurice River

This is a modern A Frame cabin designed and built by Lokal Hotel located in a secluded, rural setting allowing you to escape from urban life while still having modern amenities. The house is located on a 2.5 acre wooded lot with a private "beach" fronting the Maurice River. A large deck surrounds a hot tub in the rear with two fire pits and a Big Green Egg charcoal grill. The house boasts a commercial kitchen and has a Scandinavian Modern style with concrete, black, white and plywood.

You want to bring all your necessities when coming in because the closest grocery store is about 30 mins away. We offer kayaks to be used and a vast variety of fishing equipment. A fishermans' dream!!! Dont forget your camera for the sunsets, bald eagles, indian artifacts and amazing porch views for the ultimate relaxation
