North End cottage- Amazing Location- Updated!

This beautiful, backyard cottage is located in Boise's North End. Camel's Back Park and miles of trails are just out the back gate and a short walk brings you to the Boise Co-op and wine shop or Hyde Park's food, coffee and shops. I provide 2 bikes for guest use. Please note; my minimum stay is 4 nights and there is no TV in the cottage. It may be possible to bring your dog to the cottage. Please read the "other things to note" for details. Keep it simple at this peaceful and ideally-located bungalow. Clean, fresh & ready for Boise adventures. Outdoor space to enjoy - including propane firepit & 2 cruiser bikes and Pacman arcade console to enjoy! 5 blocks from BSU; 10 min bike ride from downtown; 5 min drive to Trader Joes, and Whole Foods. 2 Q beds, 1 bath - all set for 4, but comfortably 2 guests is best. Owners love the local scene and will leave a sample of a local beer or wine for your enjoyment during a stay of 3+ nights.

Although you are secluded to your own private space there are others staying on the other side of the home so you may hear noises. Whether you are passing by or planning to stay this is a convinent place to rest if you want to enjoy Boise.

Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.

This newly renovated 1-bedroom duplex is located in a convenient bench location, just minutes from everything Boise offers. The unit features hardwood floors, butcher block countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, as well as a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. It also includes a small, but private, fully fenced backyard. The duplex is very clean and comfortable. Please be aware that this is a city location; traffic noise, including horns and sirens, is to be expected.
