Lofts als Ferienunterkünfte in Downtown Detroit

Well thought out space with a cozy feel. Great natural light during the day. Excellent location great restaurants and stores just minutes walking. This is a unique and historical nieghborhood. It’s quiet and great restaurants and grocery is within walking distance. Also quick 10 minute drive to downtown Detroit.

Don is a wonderful host. The place is very large and beautiful. It’s in a convenient location and a wonderfully comfortable place. HIGHLY recommend. I hope to stay again!

I think the loft is a fantastic place for a short stay. The location was super convenient to a lot of cool spots, and the free Q tram was an easy way to get downtown without a car. The place was filled with art and was comfortable. Note that the bed is in a nook so if you’re on the far side you have to crawl over the other person! The one improvement I’d suggest is to change the curtain you can close over the bed to a blackout one. As it is, it’s extremely bright. Also, be aware that when people (like groups of college students) gather by the elevator at night it can be quite loud because it’s just outside the door. But that only happened a couple times. And they quieted down when the cranky old lady (me) asked them to. Overall, great host and space!

10/10 Stay in a 10/10 Space! Don’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The location was perfect — just a short walk to Eastern Market and other Detroit gems. The loft itself is absolutely beautiful, with a sophisticated urban aesthetic and stunning views of downtown. Communication from Don was outstanding; even though we had no issues, he still checked in to make sure we were all good. Truly a top-tier experience from start to finish!

I would suggest Ryan’s place as a stay to all and everyone as the inside was very clean and very beautiful

We enjoyed our stay; it was a peaceful location and took us less than 15 minutes to get to any of the restaurants and shops that interested us. The unit was as described and clean. Zachary was responsive and made our stay very easy. If you’re in Windsor, I would encourage seeing if their unit is available!

The location right by the river was so perfect since we love to walk , shops and restaurants in walking distance, the loft was just amazing to stay in . Will definitely be coming back

We visited Belle River for a wedding and were looking for a clean, quiet and affordable place to stay for the night. Frank and Brandy were great hosts. A very comfortable and well thought out Loft awaits. All details were immaculate. We would highly recommend this location.

Betty’s Place was incredibly clean, accommodating and well worth the price. The space felt like home away from home. The excitement of the nearby downtown added to the experience and the river walk being so close was top notch. During our stay we had a few questions and Betty was quick to respond and never left us hanging. We can’t wait to travel back to Detroit and stay at Betty’s place again and would recommend this air bnb to others.
