My husband and I plus our dogs had a wonderful stay here! The location is very central to downtown GR and the space was very comfortable. Stephanie was great to communicate with and was extremely helpful + responsive whenever I had any questions. I would love to stay here again when I am in GR!

Great place to stay and John was very responsive. Check in and check out was a breeze. Beautiful view out the back.

Dennis and his wife were so nice. They wished me happy birthday. My father wasn’t feeling well so I had to leave a day before my reservation ended. Rushing to leave and I left my bracelet and they offered to send it to me. It was so welcoming and comfortable. I would love to come back when I visiting my daughter.

This place was great! A perfect distance from the heart of downtown, safe neighborhood, and cozy stay! I felt right at home. I didnt want to leave! :) I am a big runner and so I was able to run right from the apartment into the downtown riverwalk trails and then walk to nearby Bridge Street for dinner at night. It was great at 10/10 would recommend!

Very beautiful place. Secluded and peaceful, perfect for a quiet weekend away. Has a cute little town not too far away with plenty of places to eat and activities to participate in. Would definitely come back!

Very good location; only about 10 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Right on the edge of town as well. House was very clean and just like the photos! Definitely recommend!

This home is very large and located in a beautiful, wooded area. Peaceful, quiet and close to both Holland and Zeeland. We were there for 4 nights and had everything we needed. The home is well stocked with the essentials. Joshua was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We came here for a girl's weekend and we could not recommend Deb's place more. We wanted an easy weekend in a central location and this home was perfect. Everything was beautifully design, not detail was left unattended. The kitchen in particular was beautiful. We loved just hanging out at the house doing puzzles and playing games - but it was a perfect home base for when we wanted to go out and explored Holland. It was the perfect place for us!

Frederick was responsive and helpful. The house was great. Comfortable and clean. It was the perfect house to sit around and talk with family.

Honestly, I'm not sure I want to write how good this space is, for fear that it won't be available for me lol. This will be a highly coveted place to getaway and unwind! Estella is clearly prepared to host the most relaxing stay for her guests. It is a simple, well planned build that has just what your soul needs. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings to enjoy with loved ones. The details in design, such as the beautiful natural light, tile wall in the bathroom that is carried into the kitchen, the robes for after an incredible shower or dip in the hot tub, games, and firepit...why even leave? Well, we didn't want to leave. However, The simple 24hrs spent I'm this curated space was enough to inspire another, longer booking. Just as the description said, the house was very clean and tidy with lots of space! The house is similar to the tardis; it appears small on the outside but is huge on the inside. Furniture and beds were cozy and the kitchen appliances were ready to use without needing a prior wash. Sometimes, you don't get that lucky. Although on the street, the inside of the house was peaceful and quiet. The house was also less than a 10 minute drive from most places we went, which is always a plus!

Very comfortable stay would definitely use him again. We use the house to stay to be close to our wedding venue. Any issues we had he was quick to respond and ready to fix it ( mostly not his doing we lost power in storm) other issues were address quickly. We use Airbnb often for hockey tournaments and are hoping if we play in holland we can put the coaches up here again. Highly recommend.

This home is so nice. Beautiful setting on a wooded lot. Extremely clean and well decorated. Fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. The home is well stocked with toiletries to spices. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Holland. I was sad we were only there for 2 days.

Loved the location! Minutes from EVERYWHERE. Enjoyed a glass of wine and reading on the front balcony while watching the neighbors walk their dogs. The coffee shop and bakery is just two blocks away and both delicious. Love the historical neighborhood. Close enough to downtown but prefer being more like a local.

I had my employees stay here, I wasn’t here myself. But they all told me it was a great place to stay.

The stay was great — a nice, new apartment about 30 minutes from the city center, located in a lively green area. The apartment had everything I needed, and the host was very easy to communicate with. Overall, a very good experience.

We went to Grand Rapids for a wedding. We are used to nice modern places. This was the best that I find. I was delighted to find that the rehearsal dinner was in the restaurant below the Airbnb which is also the BEST place to eat breakfast in GR. We were comfortable and felt warm vibes from the thoughtful touches that the host provided. Water and coffee was appreciated. Very clean. Lovely little dress shop over the road, also a yummy ice cream shop.

Was only here for a night, but absolutely loved this place and plan to book again! Beautiful space with plenty of breathing room for everyone. Lots of natural light and easy walks to restaurants. The furniture was all SUPER comfortable, especially the beds! Host was prompt and responsive, and instructions were easy and informative. The stairs didn’t bother us, but they may be a bit much for others, especially the ones from the back entrance as they are kind of steep and there’s a decent amount of them. This would be the only “negative” thing I can think of, and again, was not that big of a deal for us particularly. Overall, can’t wait for our next GR adventure and hope to find this cool little spot available for it!

We attended a concert at GLC Live and chose this condo as a place to go afterwards in lieu of a hotel. I'm so glad we found it. It's in the middle of downtown and so close to some really amazing restaurants. The duel headed shower was nice and the bed was REALLY comfortable. Top Notch Decor, loved the dart board, and the roof top hot tub. Thanks again for opening up your home to us!

This condo is in a great location! Right on location of Hope College and is surrounded by lots of shopping and places to eat. No issues with parking. Kept super clean and beds were very comfortable. We found the utility closet to be loud, but other than that, the stay was great. The host is also great and communicative.
