Croob View Black Hut

Enjoy the setting of this romantic spot on a working sheep and cattle farm in the Dromara Hills, nestled in nature. Between Castlewellan and Dromara, 15min drive to Newcastle, 25min from Belfast. A couples retreat with a new electric hot tub in the middle of a mountain, sheep as the only possible disturbance. Guests are welcome to meet and greet our animals at the gate up to the hut. Honey the Falabella horse, 5 pygmy goat and our Free range hens, who give our guests eggs in our welcome pack.

The Cabin

The Cabin is situated in a private and tranquil setting offering an opportunity for guests to unwind and relax. Surrounded by mature trees, gardens and green fields, this rural retreat also offers an abundance of local wildlife to enjoy. It is a modern log cabin with secure private parking which is based in the grounds of our home. Tullymore Luxury Log Cabin nestled in the foothills of the Mourne mountains, overlooking Tullymore Forest park. The natural beauty of this private property displays a 360 degree view of the Mourne Mountains, Dramara and Slieve Croob Mountains, sea It offers the luxury of watching the stars whilst basking in the fresh spring water log burning private hot tub for an additional cost of £50 per day. A converted barn, a wonderful space for a couple as cosy but also for a family as has a large kitchen. Just outside Hillsborough (2 miles) enjoy the peace of the countryside whilst not being too far from the sights. (Belfast 30 mins, Dublin 1hr 30mins, North Coast, Giants Causeway, 1hr 30mins). Larchfield Estate, wedding venue, 5 minutes drive away. You have complete privacy from us but if you need any advice while here we are just across the yard.
