The mini-kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table/chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. Many extras. Snacks. Coffee included. Awesome for 1-2 people, 3rd could sleep on the couch if that works. Sundown mountain a short 20 minutes. Traveling with buddies? Just ask! We have an upper unit if available and 2 fantastic connected units! We have short-term furnished places as well.

Welcoming 2 bedroom house in the heart of Dubuque

House is 2 bedrooms, one bath, fully stocked kitchen, on site laundry, and off street parking. Bedroom one has a king size bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bathroom is equipped with a tub and a shower and towels provided. House is pet friendly (for a fee), and we highly recommend only smaller dogs or animals. Can get to the popular downtown area or west end in a short 5 minute drive. Close to all three colleges, and both hospitals.

Situated alongside the Mississippi River, wildlife abounds in every season. With eagles nesting nearby, there is always something new to see from the beautiful sunrises, cruise ships passing by, and watching the commerce of the barges and railroad right out the front window!
