Dear guests, Welcome to the Villa Olive Garden. This is our third year of renting our Villa. Relax with the your family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Swimming pool and house are new. Builded third year ago. Pool is private, not shared with anyone and its heated pool. There is lounge area around pool- nicely decorated pool outdoor furniture , open air shower and grill area. The Home Nikola facility is located in Podstrana, 800 meters from the sea and above city crowd. Facility with a view of the sea offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking with an outdoor terrace where there is heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and accompanying facilities. The nearest airport, Split, is 25 km from the Home Nikola facility.

This unique and central apartment is situated in an old family stone house built in the year 1905, completely renovated in 2018. The house is ideally located between the old city center with UNESCO protected Diocletian's palace and the most famous beach in the city - Bačvice beach, so you can reach each of these attractions in 5 minutes by foot. You won't need to use a car while staying with us. Please note there are stairs inside and in front of the apartment.
