Cute place and private! I would stay here again. Very clean with fun decor- I was also glad that the house was in a safe neighborhood since I was traveling alone. I would catch Ubers from the front driveway of the home to the Capitol- without a problem. Thanks for a great stay!

Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

I came with a group of girls to visit DC and Andy was a very responsive host, always trying to help us feel as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the large space that was there and it was comfortable for us.

I stayed at Will’s property for four nights in March 2025 with a group totaling nine people. Upon arrival, we found the property clean and free of clutter. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to Union Market and the metro, allowing for easy exploration of the greater DC area. Will was an exceptional host, demonstrating prompt, friendly, and professional communication throughout our stay. Will graciously accommodated an early check-in and late check-out, which gave my party extra time to explore the DC area before our departure. I would highly recommend this property for groups of 5-9 people and would gladly return if visiting the area again.

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

I had the pleasure of staying in a lovely three-story townhouse in Dupont Circle, in the upper teens near S Street. Fantastic neighborhood. Vibrant yet peaceful, charming streets, terrific bars and restaurants, and easy access to downtown. I'm a native New Yorker, and Dupont is better than NYC. Think the Village + UWS + Brooklyn Heights, but better. The home is a gem, blending historic charm with modern luxury. Three huge bedrooms, two and a half baths, with a lovely rooftop deck, it provided the perfect backdrop for a comfortable and memorable stay. Every detail of the house is thoughtfully and beautifully designed. Equally impressive was the service provided by the hosts. They were attentive, responsive, and made everything about the experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. First class all the way. You could not ask for more. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place to stay in the District. I didn't want to leave!

The place is clean and quiet! It is very spacious and has a large back yard. We arrived early so I texted Samad. And Samad’s response was quick and he let us to have early checkin. In general, my friends and I all liked the place and enjoyed the stay here!

Robert's place is comfortable and clean. The mattresses are comfortable - firm with a soft top. He is friendly, responsive, and full of information about the area. We felt completely at home. It is the perfect distance from the mall. We took an Uber into the city each day and this was an easy, quick, and inexpensive ride.

Thank you for the amazing girls trip! We had an absolute blast. The house was just as described and matched all photos! We always felt at home and it was beyond perfect. Will stay again if we come back this way!

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this Airbnb with a friend many times, and it is truly the nicest place I've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The home is cozy and inviting, and Mehrdad and Anna are the sweetest and most kind people. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Very comfortable home with lots of privacy and a nice living room area. The hosts are very accomodating and willing to help with any questions or needs you may have.

Great place, clean, had a little issue with the washing machine but Carlos responded fairly quickly. The House was a little far from the monuments but worth the stay. The stair are a little steep would not recommend anyone with a disability. Other that that I enjoys my stay.

This was the perfect Airbnb for my students Safety Patrol trip! We were easily able to travel into the city and the grocery store/restaurants were close by. The Airbnb was very clean and accommodated our large group. The small details were so appreciated— for example, the hosts left fresh flowers upon arrival, the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, the closets with extra blankets, etc. They really thought of it all! The kids especially loved having the yard space to run around. 10/10 recommend this Airbnb— their commitment to charity also makes this place an obvious choice for your next stay!

Aivet’s place was very beautiful and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay there as well. We highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to travel and relax at the same time. Beautiful home located in a very serene peaceful neighborhood. Enough space for everyone to feel at home and very well maintained. Lots of stairs, as the listing states, but that was not an issue for us but is something to note. Games were available and a the garden was amazing to relax and let the kids play. We would definitely stay at Jon's place again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful host and accommodations. Picturesque well appointed and great comfortable beds. We felt right at home and had great workspaces as well. Host was extremely helpful and responsive and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would love to return.
