This apartment is great to stay in Durres even for a long time. This apartment is near the beach and you can get to it in 3-5 minutes, near there are a lot of restaurants and cafes The host is very kind and responsive, so I am not surprised why it is a “Super host” label

They are the best. Very responsive and always willing to help when you need it. My family and I were new to the country and the host went the extra mile to help us out with many things. They are just amazing and we were very happy to be here.

Ari is the best host! He’s very responsive and one of the reasons our stay has been so great! The place is near everything and you can do a lot of shopping and exploring. The place is just like the pictures which is great.

Perfect Beach Getaway in Durres My stay at this Airbnb apartment was absolutely fantastic! The apartment itself was immaculately clean, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for relaxing walks by the sea and enjoying the sunsets. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries, making check-in and check-out seamless. They provided great local tips on where to eat and what to see in Durres, which really enhanced my experience. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Durres. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation or a base to explore the beautiful Albanian coast, I highly recommend this Airbnb apartment. I'll definitely be back!

Super apartment spacious with a super location also close to everything beach,supermarkets,restaurants,shops,clubs,coffe…. Wonderful sea views and each night shows a different breathtaking sunsets.From every room you can see the beach. Ev çok güzel şirin bir ev sahile ve plaja çok yakın ama durres merkezine uzak. 2 kere elektrik kesintisi yaşandı ingrit gerekli yardımları yaptı. Onun dışında harika bir konaklamaydı.

Wir waren im letzten Jahr bereits schon einmal im Haus - wenn auch nicht in derselben Wohnung. Die Lage direkt am Strand und damit der Promenade ist perfekt. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 35m. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch gut ausgestattet. Fünf Sterne dafür. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Aitanka hat uns zur Anreise und Abreise einen privaten Transfer zum Flughafen organisiert. Sehr zuverlässig und preiswert.

Alban ist ein herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Schon bei der ersten Nachricht hat er sofort geantwortet und stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur seite. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Egal, ob es um Fragen, Wünsche oder kleine Probleme geht – Alban kümmert sich zuverlässig und mit echter Freundlichkeit. Er tut alles, damit man sich willkommen fühlt. Das Highlight war definitiv das Apartment: modern, sauber und mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht aufs Meer. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei Alban nur wärmstens empfehlen!

We had such a fantastic time staying at this Airbnb! The place was clean, stylish, and comfortable — very true to the photos. The location was perfect for exploring Golem and it's sandy beaches, and we felt right at home the moment we arrived. There are plenty of shops within walking distance and you can pay by card or local currency if you have that. We were there in early April so a bit early in the season so it was nice and quiet. The evenings were a bit cool but lots of very sunny daytimes to enjoy. Our host was so kind and helpful, always available for recommendations and quick to respond to any questions or problems we had. I especially loved the sun trap by the pool for morning coffee and sunabthing.The beds were comfy and the kitchen was equipped enough for me to cook family meals I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Northern Albania!

Un séjour parfait ! J’ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce logement. Tout était exactement comme décrit, voire mieux : propre, calme, bien décoré, avec toutes les petites attentions qui font la différence. L’hôte a été d’une grande gentillesse, disponible et réactive à chaque instant. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout mais dans un quartier paisible. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

Très bon séjour chez Ludvig. Le logement est très lumineux et aménagé avec goût. Le balcon avec le vue sur la mer est un vrai plus même si son orientation ne permet pas de l’avoir toute la journée. Il est facile de laisser le voiture garée au sous sol et de se rendre à pied dans le centre ville de Durres avec ses nombreuses boutiques et restaurants.

Perfect stay! One of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in, the house felt like home directly, super clean and comfortable, had all amenities you could need. The bathroom is really great. Mrs Arjola is an angel she’s adorable and always glad to help, has great recommendations. This place made really my travel a pure rest and the location omg you cannot find better, surrounded by tons of nice restaurants so you have choice and the promenade between the apartments and the beach makes it soo relaxing ☺️ I would definitely stay there again when I come back to Durres

Der Aufenthalt bei Lili war rundum perfekt. Ihre Gastfreundschaft, Hilfsbereitschaft und Erreichbarkeit ist wirklich klasse. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Blick morgens beim Frühstück auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Die zentrale Lage mit den Restaurants, Supermärkten, Märkten und der Strandpromenade ist einzigartig. Einziger Kritikpunkt (wahrscheinlich der Hochsaison zu verdanken) ist die wirklich laute Musik bis Mitternacht und die schlechte Parksituation, man muss Geduld aufbringen, um einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir können die Unterkunft aber wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für alles Lili!

My family and I visited Albanea for the first time. Having a good place to stay was essential. Clean, organized place with space for my baby to walk around and a wonderful view of the sunset. I highly recommend it. Looking forward to returning next holiday 😍

Erg fijne en warm welkom door de host. De buitenplaats is heerlijk privé en ruim. Aan alles gedacht, bijvoorbeeld airco aangezet, koffie en anti mug! Het huisjes is 15 meter van het strand. 2de douche buiten is fijn voor als je van het strand af komt.

Keliana’s place was very nice and cozy. The balcony had space for several people and we enjoyed our meals mostly outside in the balcony. The air conditioners made us forget about the heat outside. The sea is 5 minutes walk, where we also enjoyed plenty of cafes, restaurants and music. I will come back again ✅

Amazing location with magnificent balcony sea view (7th floor with elevator) and many cosy restaurants around the area, very clean apartment, perfect for families with little kids, very welcoming hosts... Private parking as well and supermarket in the building... The apartment was equipped with everything one needs for the days you're there. 10/10 - will most definitely return and recommend this place to my friends and families. You won't regret staying here! The time we spent in this apartment left a great positive impression. First of all, I want to especially note the hospitality and care of the hosts - Bledi met us with a sign at the airport and brought us to the apartment, on the way he told us a lot about this country and gave a lot of advice on how to organize a vacation - where to change money, buy groceries and what restaurants to go to. The apartment actually turned out to be even better than in the photos. Spacious, clean, many lighting options - you can create any atmosphere. The furniture is in excellent condition, the apartment has everything you need for life. The same is true in the kitchen - there were no difficulties with preparing food for the child. We were completely satisfied and will recommend the owners and the apartment to our friends - a spacious, clean, cozy apartment at the highest level!

We only stayed one night, but the host was friendly and accommodating of our late night arrival. The place is up a bit of a dirt track, but has great views and is only a few minutes from the beach.
