When back from soaking up the sun, enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, powerful shower and wifi. Our location is minutes away from Sawgrass TPC and nearby St. Augustine.

The downstairs unit of our family beach house has 3 bed/ 2 baths and a comfortably furnished open kitchen- living room. Everything is on one level! You can see the back yard from the kitchen through the glass doors which makes it also perfect for families with small kids who like to play outside. We leave the entire outdoor area for our guests, incl. deck, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, dining table and charcoal grill. No dogs allowed! Tyga our friendly cat lives upstairs and outside.
