Vita Nova is a newly renovated carriage house that has vintage charm with a modern feel. It is detached from the main bungalow, which was built in 1922 in the heart of Jax. This cozy 1 bed 1 bath has a small kitchenette available that includes a coffee bar with a Keurig and K-cups, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator/freezer, and a brand new water filtration system so the water tastes delicious right from the tap. A king size bed (inc tv) awaits you and a twin sized sofa bed for one adult or two kids.
