Es befindet sich auf der Rückseite der Villen 1 und 2 und in seiner Nähe befindet sich der große Gemeinschaftspool. Im Inneren sind die hellen und luftigen Wohnräume für Ruhe und Entspannung konzipiert. Die offenen Wohn- und Essbereiche führen auf eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und die natürliche Umgebung — ideal für den Morgenkaffee oder den Sonnenuntergang am Abend. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich auf der oberen Ebene und verfügt über einen privaten Balkon. Ebenfalls auf der oberen Ebene befinden sich zwei weitere geräumige Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum.
