The Annex is bright, comfortable and cosy with a wood burner for winter. The public footpath crossing our garden next to the river Char links with many others - great for dog walkers. We are close to Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis – renowned for their fossil treasures. Love swimming? our freshwater pool is generally heated to a very cosy 29 - 30 degrees (warm bath temperature) and can be used from April to October With advance notice, the twin beds can be connected to form a king size bed

Light and spacious cottage in one of South Somerset's loveliest and oldest villages with a community shop, pub, ancient church and small cosy cafe. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and located at the foot of Ham Hill Country Park and nature reserve, it is perfect for walkers. We are also ideally placed for exploring market towns and gardens and National Trust properties in South Somerset and Dorset. The Dorset World Heritage Coast, Lyme Regis and West bay are just a 35 mins drive away.

Horizon is a single storey two bedroom contemporary house appointed to a high standard nestled between Church Street and the sea in Lyme Regis. Two bedrooms with family bathroom to include bath and shower. Open plan kitchen living area. The Beach is approximately a 1-2 minute walk. The private parking space is a 3 minute walk from horizon. Access to the property is either on Church St via public right of way churchyard or from the beach. Garden with a raised deck giving sea views.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Quiet, cosy, detached, large garden

Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

Set amongst fields, just up the road from the lovely village of Bantham, with The Sloop Inn and village shop, and perfectly located for the amazing beaches of Bantham, Thurlestone and Bigbury-On-Sea, as well as for exploring Hope Cove, Burgh Island, Salcombe, Dartmouth and the amazing coastline of the South Hams, not to forget beautiful Dartmoor.

The property has easy access, ample off road parking and is just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Lyme and beaches of the Jurassic Coast. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom 2 twin beds with linen and towels provided.
