Ideal for couples or small families looking to stay in the beautiful Blackdown Hills (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). Nestled in the heart of the countryside, yet only a mile from the market town of Honiton, just a few minutes from the A303/A30, only 20 minutes from the incredible Jurassic Coast and 15 minutes from Exeter Airport, we are perfectly situated for you to enjoy everything that East Devon has to offer.

Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

A fab rambler's location, with EV charger, 40 mins walk from the Jurassic coastline, 3 thatched pubs, Spar shop, Felicity's Farm Shop, Hell's Lane smugglers hollow-way, Colmers Hill & Symondsbury Estate Cafe. 15 mins drive to Lyme Regis. The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

It is approximately 1 mile from Hemyock at the veryend of a no-through road, no passing cars, lots of wildlife, dark skies and footpaths from your door. The Cottage has plenty of character, very spacious rooms with exposed beams, large inglenook fireplace with log burner. Large private sunny south facing garden with decking area. SECURE FOR DOG

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Built next to a nature pond and coppice within an AONB, living in the shed connects you to nature. The shed is about serenity, luxury,good design and escapism. In winter we keep you cosy with fires and underfloor heating. There is a private terrace with Pizza oven, BBQ and outdoor dining and living area.

Easy access to S W coast path, village and beach. This is 1 of 2 studios on the ground floor of our home, 2 The Haven also available or book both!
